ZIF-8/PDMS杂化膜对黑莓汁中特征挥发性芳香物的分离性能任务书

1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求

黑莓富含原花青素、sod、硒、鞣花酸和类黄酮等高效抗氧化活性物质,二十种氨基酸和微量元素,目前发现含营养成分超过四十种以上,其中原花青素、sod、氨基酸、以及钙铁锌硒维生素等是我们所熟知的蓝莓的几倍甚至几百倍。

黑莓具有理想的风味和口感,经研究发现对人体健康有益(抗氧化,抗癌,抗炎和抗神经衰退)。

研究黑莓汁中特征性vfcs单组份在膜内的吸附溶解性能及渗透汽化膜相传递行为,确定操作参数对分离因子和通量的影响;开展黑莓汁特征性vfcs混合组分渗透汽化膜分离研究,探究vfcs组分间的耦合作用规律。
