摘 要

随着沿海、内河流域AIS等一系列感知手段的大量使用，每条船舶的航行数据可以通过AIS获取，但是船舶的动态信息几秒钟就更新一次，产生了数量庞大的船舶信息数据，海量的船舶数据对交通流分析、船舶监管、以及航行过程中的风险评估、航运市场形式分析和船舶污染物排放和环境污染的评估有了带来了很大的方便，与此同时，如何在海量的AIS数据中准确的提取和查询船舶数据的问题越来越被社会所关注。

论文利用计算机数据库技术、计算机网络技术，结合AIS系统的相关知识，在C/S模式下实现对收集到的AIS信息进行解析，整理，存储作为船舶信息的基础数据库，为应用在航运各个领域中作为数据支撑。AIS在海事监管、船舶避碰等方面有很好的应用前景，基于AIS系统的船舶信息数据库系统能够更方便的对AIS信息查询和分析，从而对船舶实现动态监控。

在所开发的整个数据库系统中，AIS传感设备通过平台内部的网络和服务器进行连接，将AIS设备收集到的信息进行初步解析处理，传输到数据库进行存储，最后，客户端就能通过访问服务器的形式获得AIS数据信息，进而对之进行进一步的应用。

This paper uses the computer database technology, the computer network technology and the related knowledge of the AIS system to analyze, collate and store the collected AIS information in the C / S mode as the basic database of the ship information, and it is applied in all fields of shipping As a data support. AIS has a good application prospect in maritime supervision and ship collision avoidance. The ship information database system based on AIS system can more easily query and analyze AIS information, so as to realize dynamic monitoring of ship.
