摘 要

本次毕业设计是一次对于全策划理论对于项目进程的全程运作，由老师指定工程的来源，让我们自己根据实际情况进行项目的运作。这次设计所使用的资源都是有本小组成员通过各种渠道努力获得，在锻炼了自己能力的同时获得资料，过程充满了艰辛。经过这次毕业设计，我们的各项能力都有了显著的提高，为以后踏上社会工作打下了坚实的基础。项目建设成功的前提，是建设工程的项目策划与实施后的有效管理。这一理论也可从建筑工程项目管理的内涵看出——“自项目开始至其完成，通过项目策划和项目管理控制，使项目的费用、进度和质量三大目标得以实现”。本文从项目管理角度详细阐明了项目策划管理的重要性，分析论述了项目管理策划与管理实施间的影响和相互关系。传统工程管理对管理策划往往不加重视，在综合性大型项目管理中容易出现组织重叠、职责分工不明确、计划制定针对性不强、工作内容不具体、信息滞后、工程进度拖延等问题。而工程项目管理策划，则可以在项目开始前就通过策划文件的形式很好地解决这些问题。

Abstract

This design is the use of the theory of the project throughout the planning of the entire operations. The design given by the instructor land sources by selecting the appropriate requirements of our own land, and the rest of the data used in this design by members of this group trying to find various ways to get, though more difficult, but the exercise of our respective kind of ability. After this design, our practice has been greatly improved, and lay a solid theoretical and practical foundation for our future study and work. Construction project management connotation is "from the project start to completion of the project, through project planning and project management control, in order to make the goal of the project cost, schedule, quality goals and objectives are achieved," we can see the construction of the project planning and implementation of post Effective project management is a prerequisite for success. Elaborated on the importance of project planning management from the perspective of project management, analyzes and discusses the implementation of project management planning and management of interactions and relationships. Traditional project management often do not pay attention to management planning, so that in the management of large-scale integrated projects will be organized frequently overlap, accusing the division of labor is unknown, planning pertinence, work content is not specific, the information is not clear, the project schedule delays and other issues . Project management planning can solve these problems before the start of the project in the form of a good planning document.
