摘 要

这次选择工程造价作为毕业设计的研究课题，一方面可以复习及巩固之前所学习的理论知识，另一方面则可以在毕业设计的制作过程中学习到课本以外甚至现实工程造价的知识要点，经过此次的学习锻炼，可以让自己把所学的课本知识与实际相结合，从而更加合理的运用知识，为以后参与到实际工作打下扎实的基础，培养自己的逻辑思维，计算能力，锻炼严谨的科学态度，认真的工作学习作风。

这次毕业设计的工程项目是金湾安置小区，主要内容是编制招标文件与参与投标企业的具体投标报价。该次毕业设计的主要学习内容就是编制招标文件，投标文件。然而在编制招标文件之前，第一步是要阅读工程设计图纸及说明，并看懂设计结构内容，清楚了解整个工程概况，以及相关工程量的计算规范等材料，接着根据小组分工各自计算所负责的工程量计算和编制清单，正确计算工程量以免因为资料准备不充分影响整个毕业设计进程。在编制招标文件中，用未来软件对编制好的工程量清单进行投标报价，完成后进行调价，换算环节。最后根据企业的实际情况进行技术部的编制。

以上部分就是毕业设计的整个过程。

1. 基础结构

（1）该桩基工程采用静力预制钢筋混泥土方桩，现浇桩承台基础，基础无筋混泥土垫层。
