红掌培育条件的研究与优化毕业论文

摘 要

本文重点研究了红掌组织培养的条件以及对组织培养红掌的方法的优化。通过设计不同的培养基分别对红掌进行组织培养,以及对组织培养条件进行单因素对比试验,确定对红掌组织培养有促进作用的物质和方法,如MS培养基的浓度,NAA、2,4-D、6-BA对红掌组织培养的影响和最佳浓度,同时对组织培养过程中pH浓度和光照强度进行了研究,另外,针对研究过程中出现的大量褐化的情况,在培养基中分别加入活性炭和抗生素,并做了对比研究,为以后进一步研究做好准备工作。

The optimization of micropropagation of Authurium andraeanum

Abstract

This article is mainly about the method of micropropagation of Authurium andraeanum and the optimization of it. Design different kinds of media and culture the Authurium andraeanum by these different selection media. And do research of the tissue culture by single factor experiment, find out the method and discover the substance which can promote the growth of the plants, such as concentration of the Murashige and Skoog medium, the influence of NAA, 2,4-D, 6-BA and the best concentration of these matter. In the meantime, the pH and light control was studied. The activated carbon and antibiotic was added in the media to figure out the problem of browning.
