摘 要

氯代苯甘氨酸因其氯代位置不同,分为邻氯、间氯、对氯取代苯甘氨酸,是一类重要的医药等中间体,同时还是合成多肽激素、多种农药的重要中间体, 广泛应用于药物学领域。由于它用途广泛, 合成后的医药产品即可注射又可口服, 所以在医药、农药及精细化工市场前景广阔,因此,探索用多种合成方法制备氯代苯甘氨酸意义重大,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。

本课题研究为由基础原料对氯苯甲醛和邻氯苯甲醛出发,针对取代基特性分别使用不同工艺来合成目标产物对氯和邻氯苯甘氨酸,此类方法结合了其他制备方法,操作相对方便,无毒无害,收率较高,为类似氨基酸合成研究过程中工艺条件的选择和过程的操作提供了一种值得借鉴的方法。

Because of its wide use, after the synthesis of pharmaceutical products to the injection can be administered orally, so in pharmaceuticals, pesticides and fine chemicals market prospects, therefore, to explore the significance of using a variety of synthetic methods for preparing chlorobenzene glycine great, with good economic and social benefits.
