华润医药桂林子公司物流外包风险管理研究

摘 要

物流外包即物流业务的外包,原随着社会竞争加剧和分工化,传统的企业与企业之间的竞争已经演变为供应链与供应链之间的竞争,1990年美国学者普拉哈拉德和哈默尔在《企业核心能力》中首次提出“业务外包”的概念,后吸引了大批的企业关注和实施,企业在自身业务处理上,将自己的非核心业务外包给其他相关领域的企业,既能使自身的非核心业务得到专业化的处理,又能达到企业现有资源充分利用到核心业务,使得企业整体效率提升和降低经营成本。在信息化的背景下,物流领域得到了充分应用和发展,物流服务商的业务专业度提升,物流业务外包逐渐被其他企业所关注实施。现随着行业发展迅速,物流业务外包风险的管理控制尤为重要。

本文针对物流外包风险管理进行行业筛选发现医疗行业的物流外包风险突出,后经过企业走访确定研究对象为华润医药桂林子公司,以该公司物流业务外包为研究点进行研究分析,通过物流外包业务相关部门和岗位的试岗操作、业务管理现状的研究,整理分析该公司的物流业务外包上的问题,发现该公司并不太注重物流业务外包的管理,存在着很多问题且物流外包风险体现突出,比较符合行业特征,但整体风险处于可控阶段,是可接受和改变的。通过整理调查记录和研究结果,对该公司物流外包归纳出风险隐患,整理出该公司面临的物流外包风险以及后期隐患并对风险进行类别区分和等级划分,同时针对整理出的风险和管理问题提出了相应的风险管理控制策略。

Research on logistics outsourcing risk management of China Resources medicine Guilin subsidiary

Abstract

Logistics outsourcing is the outsourcing of logistics business. With the intensification of social competition and division of labor. the traditional competition between enterprises has evolved into the competition between supply chains. In 1990, American scholars Prahalad and Hamel first proposed the concept of "business outsourcing" in "enterprise core competence", which has attracted a large number of enterprisesamp;apos; attention and implementation. In terms of business processing, outsourcing their non-core business to enterprises in other related fields can not only professionalize their non-core business, but also make full use of the existing resources of the enterprise to the core business, so as to improve the overall efficiency of the enterprise and reduce the operating cost. In the context of information technology, the logistics field has been fully applied and developed, the business professionalism of logistics service providers has been improved, and logistics outsourcing has gradually been concerned and implemented by other enterprises. With the rapid development of the industry, the management and control of logistics outsourcing risk is particularly important.

Based on material description and market analysis, this paper takes logistics outsourcing as the research direction. Through the industry screening of logistics outsourcing risk management, it is found that the logistics outsourcing risk of the medical industry is prominent. After the enterprise visit, it is determined that the research object is the Guilin subsidiary of China Resources medicine. Taking the logistics outsourcing of the company as the research and analysis target, the logistics industry of the company is sorted and analyzed through the trial operation of relevant departments and posts of logistics outsourcing business and the research on the current situation of business management. It is found that the company does not pay much attention to the management of logistics outsourcing, there are many problems, and the risk of logistics outsourcing is prominent, which is more in line with the characteristics of the industry, but the overall risk is in the controllable stage, which is acceptable and changeable. Through sorting out the investigation records and research results, this paper sums up the potential risks of logistics outsourcing of the company, sorts out the logistics outsourcing risks faced by the company and the potential risks in the later stage, and classifies the risk categories and grades. At the same time, it puts forward the corresponding risk management and control strategies for the sorted risks and management problems.

1.1 研究背景

作为企业提高竞争力、运作效率、降低成本的一种经营合作手段,物流业务外包已成为供应链上下等众多供应商经销商的重要合作方案。在经济发达国家,第三方物流的企业市场占有率总超过其他行业,所以国外企业总能有更多的资金和精力做到本业的精益求精。相比较我国的物流企业占有率低,且多是散乱、规模小、没有凝聚力的个体企业和产业小群体,大型龙头企业通常通过自建物流来巩固自身实力,以自身极其雄厚的资本来作铺垫也不会落后于其他企业。但我国中小型企业数量庞大,他们没有那么多的资金实现物流自建,甚至在自建物流的途中导致公司经营困难退出市场,这也是整个市场竞争力较弱的重要原因之一,物流业务外包趋势已相对明显,对物流外包的研究重要性突出。
