化工废水特点与现状

摘要:

化工废水大多数含有大量有毒物质或难降解物质,可生化性差,组分复杂,含盐量较高,水质、水量不稳定等特点,COD值较高,从而当代对于化工废水,常采用的工艺多为厌氧和好氧处理工艺,通过厌氧工艺将难生物降解的有机物分解为好氧降解的有机物,通过好氧工艺将无法生物降解的有机物质氧化为可生物降解的有机物质,然后再经过一些工艺处理,使其各项水质指标降到国家排放标准之下,本次工艺考虑到化工厂生产纤维素系列产品,所以排放污水中有机物含量较高,所以采取厌氧搭配好氧工艺处理。[2]

Abstract:

Wastewater from chemical industry mostly contains large amounts of toxic or refractory substances, which is characterized by poor biodegradability, complex contents, high salinity, instable water quality and water yield, high COD value, etc. For chemical wastewater, the most commonly used process is anaerobic and aerobic treatment process currently. By anaerobic process, the organics that is refractory to biodegradation are decomposed into degradable organics. By aerobic process, the organics that is unable to be degraded by biodegradation are oxidized to degradable organics. After some processing treatments, the water quality indicators can be reduced below the national discharge standards. The cellulose serious products produced by chemical plants are taken into account in this process so that the organic content is higher in wastewater. Thus, the anaerobic and aerobic process is employed.
