摘 要

本设计给水系统采用分区供水方式,分为三个区。负二层至二层为I区,由市政管网直接供水;三层至十一层为II区,采用变频泵加压供水;十二层至机房设备层为III区,采用变频泵加压供水。不锈钢生活水箱设在负二层泵房内。排水系统采用污、废水合流制,除WL-4、WL-6采用专用通气管外,其他各排水立管均采用伸顶通气管系统。负二层、负一层生活污水通过污水泵加压提升排放至室外检查井。根据规范规定,本设计属于一类公共建筑,室内消火栓系统流量为40L/s,水枪充实水柱取13m,消火栓栓口压力应不小于0.35MPa,且不大于0.5MPa。消火栓管网在室内成环状管网,竖管管径均为DN100,环网管径为DN200。在屋顶设试验消火栓一个,每个室内消火栓箱内均设有远距离启动消防泵的按钮。由于是公共建筑,本设计采用湿式自动喷水灭火系统,负二层泵房内设3组报警阀组,各层均设水流指示器和信号阀。负二层、负一层为中危II级,一层至十九层为中危I级。消防水池设在负二层,设置两个,分别在发生火灾时为消火栓系统和自动喷水灭火系统供水。消防水箱设在屋顶水箱间内,贮存有10min的自动喷水灭火系统和消火栓系统的用水量。出于美观等因素考虑,雨水系统采用内排式重力流排放。

Fire water tank located in the roof-top water tanks, water storage has a sprinkler system and fire hydrant system of 10min. For the consideration of the factors such as the beautiful, the rainwater system uses the discharge type gravity flow.
