7 常熟新区办公大楼给排水设计毕业论文

摘 要

给水系统采取垂直分区并联给水的方式,从市政管网以DN100的管道接水进入建筑,其中负一层至地上四层由市政管网直供,五层至十一层由变频加压供水设备供水。建筑内排水采用污废合流制,室外也是污废合流制,直接排入市政污水管网,排水立管采用专用的通气立管,形成双管制排水系统,其中地上一层单独排水,二至十一层集中排水。地下室排水经排水沟汇集排至集水坑,经潜污泵提升排至检查井。雨水排水系统采用重力流系统,采用外排水体制,屋面雨水,雨水通过屋面雨水斗收集经雨水立管排入地面。建筑内消防及喷淋在火灾前10min用水由屋面消防水箱提供,取有效容积为18m3,后期灭火用水由地下一层的消防水池提供,其有效容积为567.83m3,分为两格,。

根据查阅规范可知,本建筑属于二类高层民用建筑,耐火等级为二级,室外消火栓用水量40L/s,室内消火栓用水量20L/s,火灾延续时间2h。消火栓充实水柱高度10m,水龙带长度25m,消防立管管径为DN100。在屋顶层设试验消火栓一个,每个室内消火栓箱内均设有远距离启动消防泵的按钮。

根据查阅规范可知,本建筑地上部分为中危Ⅰ级,地下部分为中危Ⅱ级,整个喷淋系统分为三个区,负一至二层为低区,三至六层为中区,七至十一层为高区。该建筑采用湿式自动喷水灭火系统,喷淋系统设计流量27.73L/s。报警阀设于地下室泵房内,各层均设水流指示器、信号阀和末端试水装置,其信号均送入消防控制中心进行处理。

Abstract

The water supply system adopts the way of vertical partition and parallel water supply, a DN100 pipe picked from the municipal pipe network transports water into the building, minus one to four floors for the direct supply of municipal pipe network, five to ten layers with variable-frequency water supply equipment pressurized water. In the construction, the sewage and waste water is discharged with one system, the outside is the same, the sewage and waste water is discharged into municipal sewage pipe network directly. Toilet multi-established forms, special ventilation risers, some additional loop vent, informing a double tube drainage system. The ground floor takes a separate drainage system, and the second floor to tenth floor have a drainage riser. Basement drainage flow sewer collection to sump, submersible sewage pump lifting flows into the inspection Chamber. The gravity flow system is used in rainwater drainage system , and the inner drainage system is adopted. The annex adopts a separate rainwater drainage system, rainwater is collected through the roof rainwater pipe and collected by the rainwater pipe to the municipal rainwater pipe network. The fire water tank on the roof provides the fire water of the fore fire control, the volume of the tank is 18cubic. The fire water pool in the B1 provides the water for controlling fire in the late stage of fire. The effective volume of the pool is 567.83cubic, and it is divided into two grids.

According to the specifications, the part above this building is middle risk level one and the underground part is middle risk level two, the whole sprinkler systems is divided into three parts, the minus floor to second floor are low region, the third floor to sixth floor are middle region and the seventh floor to tenth floor is high region. Wet automatic fire sprinkler system in the building, spraying system design flow 27.73L/s. The alarm valve located on the pump room in the basement, the floors are located water flow indicator, test water device and signal the valve at the end, its signal is fed into the fire control core for processing.
