东湖文体中心空调工程设计毕业论文

摘 要

本次设计为成都市某社区文体中心舒适性空调设计。

该文体中心规划建筑总占地面积为3875m2;主体建筑总面积为11660 m2,图纸中地上建筑区域面积为10698 m2,地下一层各区域总面积为962 m2;建筑密度设计为34.64%;容积率1.07。设计中该文体中心地下一层层高为5.8米,首层层高为5.4米,二至四层层高均为4.2米;建筑檐口高度18.396米。

本设计中的文体中心建筑类型归为多层建筑,,主体建设采用钢框架结构。

该建筑功能复杂,地下一层主要功能为设备用房,包括制冷机房、变电站、水泵房等;首层主要功能为游泳馆、生态中庭、亲子乐园、接待室等;二层主要功能为羽毛球馆、乒乓球室、健身房、舞蹈练习室等;三层主要功能为社区学校、邻里社团、图书阅览室等;四层主要功能为多功能厅、报告厅、棋牌室等。详细建筑平面可参考后续图纸。

本设计的的主要内容包括:负荷计算,空气处理方案的选择,空调风系统和水系统的设计,气流组织计算,空调末端设备选型,水管路及风管路系统的设计计算及设备选型,冷热源选择和机房设计,并进行计算书的编写和图纸绘制。考虑到文体中心的结构和功能,冷热源选择冷水机组方案。

在空调风系统的选择上,根据文体中心的结构特点和各个房间的使用功能的多样,本次空调设计中,选择了一次回风系统和风机盘管加独立新风系统空调系统。在本设计中,采用了两天空调风系统来给不同的房间进行通风,从而达到建环专业节能减排的目的。

本设计中在空调水系统的选择上,经过多次对水系统方案的对比论证,最终采用了两管制闭式系统,上送上回。由于建筑结构单一,设备较少,管路配置简单,管路长度短,符合异程式系统的特点,所以采用了异程式系统,同时在系统中加入平衡阀,以节约水系统的投资、占地空间及运行能耗,进一步降低空调系统的成本。

Abstract

This design is a comfort air conditioning design for a community sports center in Chengdu.

The total land area of the building is 3875m2; the total building area is 11,660 m2, of which the above-ground building area is 10,698 m2, the underground building area is 962 m2, the building density is 34.64%, and the floor area ratio is 1.07. The main body of the building is divided into a basement floor, four ground floors, and five local floors. The underground storey has a height of 5.8 meters, the first floor height is 5.4 meters, and the second to fourth floor height is 4.2 meters; the building cornice height is 18.396 meters.

The style of the stylistic center building is a multi-story building, the fire resistance rating of the building is one class, the design service life is 50 years, and the structural type is a steel frame.

The building has complex functions. The main functions of the ground floor are equipment rooms, including refrigerating machine room, substation, water pump room, etc. The main functions of the first floor are swimming pool, ecological atrium, parent-child park, reception room, etc. The main functions of the second floor are badminton hall, table tennis room, gym, dance practice room, etc. The main functions of the third floor are community schools, neighborhood associations and book reading rooms. The main functions of the fourth floor are multi-functional hall, lecture hall, chess and card room, etc. Reference drawings for floor plans

The main contents of this design include: load calculation,air treatment options,

dsign of air-conditioning air system and water system, airflow organization calculation, air conditioning terminal equipment selection, design calculations and equipment selection for water and wind pipeline systems, cold and heat source selection and machine room design,and preparation of the calculation and drawing.

In the selection of the air conditioning system, based on the structure of the style center and the various functions of the room, in this air conditioning design, this design choose the primary air return system and primary air fan-coil system, This design has selected multiple systems to target different use environments so as to achieve the effect of energy conservation and emission reduction.

In the selection of air-conditioning water systems, this design choose two-pipe water system, conveying water from below and returning water from above. Due to a single building structure, less equipment, pipeline configuration is simple, pipe length is short, conforms to the characteristics of different program system, so the design adopted direct return system. At the same time, balance valves are added to the system to save investment in the water system, land occupation space and operating energy consumption, and further reduce the cost of the air-conditioning system.
