便携咖啡机设计毕业论文

摘 要

从19世纪至今,咖啡行业经历了三次浪潮,从咖啡速食化、咖啡精品化到如今的咖啡美学化,咖啡的品质和用户体验逐渐植入人们的心中,在最近的一次咖啡浪潮中出现了很多多样式的咖啡器具,咖啡的应用场景更加多元化、咖啡的用户也更加广泛。

如今,咖啡和旅行总被捆绑在一起,逐渐成为年轻人的标配。随着越来越多便携的咖啡器具的推出,以及旅行社旗下咖啡文化游和产地游的兴起,咖啡与旅游间的关系似乎越来越密不可分。将咖啡和旅行这两者结合起来,渗到每一次旅行中成为了爱好咖啡的旅行者的最佳选择。根据当前热爱咖啡的“背包客”旅行时对咖啡原料以及咖啡器具的需求,分析便携咖啡机的市场发展趋势,探索咖啡机的更多应用环境,对现有的便携咖啡机进行研究和完善,使其更小型化、便携化、人性化,操作更简洁,风格较现有的便携咖啡机更多元,能与户外的环境相融合。另外在第三次咖啡浪潮的影响下,优质的用户体验感和DIY个性定制的乐趣,以及对于产品美感的设计,更是点睛之笔,也是重中之重。一款实用的便携咖啡机使背包客们在旅行途中停歇时可以亲手制作香醇的咖啡,在亲近自然、缓解疲劳的同时与同伴一起分享美味、分享热情。

通过对市场现有便携咖啡机和目标用户的深入分析和总结,发现这类人群多成群出行,或自行携带咖啡原料与制作器具,或在旅途中搜罗拜访各地咖啡馆。他们注重产品的便携性、轻量化,强调旅行途中的操作体验和群体活动的情感体验,有品位有格调。在产品的设计上,从功能结构、外观风格、操作方式上做出改变以便于一名背包客携带与使用,并着重增强用户的体验感。

Portable coffee machine design

Abstract

From the 19th century to the present, the coffee industry has experienced three waves. From coffee fast foodization, coffee quality to today's coffee aesthetics, coffee quality and user experience are gradually embedded in people's hearts, which has appeared in a recent coffee wave. Many multi-style coffee appliances, coffee applications are more diversified, and coffee users are more extensive.

Today, coffee and travel are always tied together and become a standard for young people. With the launch of more and more portable coffee appliances, as well as the rise of coffee culture tours and production trips in travel agencies, the relationship between coffee and travel seems to be increasingly inseparable. Combining coffee and travel, it's the best choice for travelers who love coffee every time they travel. According to the demand for coffee raw materials and coffee utensils during the current “backpackers” who love coffee, analyze the market development trend of portable coffee machines, explore more application environments of coffee machines, and research and improve existing portable coffee machines. It is more compact, portable, user-friendly, and has a simpler operation. The style is more than that of the existing portable coffee machine, and it can be integrated with the outdoor environment. In addition, under the influence of the third coffee wave, the high-quality user experience and the fun of DIY personalized customization, as well as the design of the product aesthetics, are the crowning touch and the top priority. A practical portable coffee machine allows backpackers to make their own coffee when they are on the road, sharing the flavor and sharing enthusiasm with their companions while staying close to nature and relieving fatigue.

Through in-depth analysis and summary of the existing portable coffee machines and target users in the market, it is found that such groups of people travel in groups, carry their own coffee raw materials and make utensils, or visit local cafes on the road. They pay attention to the portability and light weight of the products, emphasizing the operational experience during the travel and the emotional experience of the group activities, and have a tasteful style. In the design of the product, changes are made from the functional structure, appearance style and operation mode to facilitate the carrying and use of a backpacker, and the user experience is emphasized.
