表面微结构对柴油机缸套摩擦磨损性能的影响毕业论文

摘 要

生活中摩擦无处不在,柴油机工作也存在着摩擦损失,其中柴油机缸套-活塞环摩擦副的摩擦损失占到了一半以上。为了减少柴油机在工作中的摩擦损失,减少柴油机缸套-活塞环摩擦副的摩擦损失至关重要。过去人们按照传统的做法一直致力于使缸套变得更光滑来减少摩擦损失。人们发现一定程度的粗糙表面也有可能通过增大润滑来减少摩擦。因此,研究表面微结构对柴油机缸套摩擦磨损性能的影响具有重要意义。

本论文以柴油机缸套-活塞环摩擦副为研究对象,致力于研究不同表面微结构对柴油机缸套表面摩擦磨损性能的影响。采用摩擦磨损往复试验机模拟缸套-活塞环组件的工作方式,试验设计选取机加工凹坑、V型槽这两种表面微结构,这两种表面微结构的缸套切片以及原始无加工缸套切片作交叉对比试验。通过试验数据及试验后的测量数据,得到各个工况下不同表面微结构缸套的摩擦系数、磨损量、表面形貌各参数数据。从这三个角度对摩擦磨损性能进行分析。旨在通过研究得出哪种表面微结构更有利于改善柴油机缸套摩擦磨损性能。

通过研究得出结论:机加工凹坑缸套在低载荷中低转速下和中载荷中转速下的摩擦学性能最好;在低载荷高转速和中载荷中高转速下,两种表面微结构对柴油机缸套表面摩擦磨损性能改善并不好。

本论文在各个工况下讨论了不同表面微结构的摩擦磨损性能,选取缸套切片作为研究样本。通过摩擦系数、磨损量、表面形貌这三个方面来综合分析和表征柴油机缸套摩擦磨损性能。

Abstract

Friction is everywhere in the life. The friction loss is also existed in the diesel engine, in which more than half of the friction loss is contributed by the friction pair of cylinder liner-piston ring. In order to reduce the friction loss of the diesel engine in the work, it is very important to reduce the friction loss of the cylinder liner-piston ring friction pair. In the past, it has been committed to make cylinder liner more smooth to reduce friction loss. It is found that a certain degree of rough surface is also possible to reduce friction by increasing the lubrication. Therefore, it is significant to study the influence of surface texturing on the friction and wear behavior of cylinder liner in diesel engine.

In this paper, the friction pair of cylinder liner-piston ring of diesel engine was taken as the research object. The influence of different surface textures on the friction and wear properties of cylinder liner is studied. The friction reciprocating wear tester was adopted to simulate the operating mode of cylinder liner-piston ring components. the surface textures of machining concave and V-groove were designed in the experiments .the surface textured cylinder liners and original cylinder liners were used to do the cross contrast experiment. The friction coefficient, wear loss and surface topography of different surface textures in different running conditions were obtained by analyzing the test data. The friction and wear properties were analyzed the above three aspects. It is aimed to conclude which surface texture is more favorable for improving the friction and wear performance of cylinder liner.

It was concluded that the cylinder liner machined the concave had the best tribological properties under the low load and low or medium speed conditions. . the surface textured cylinder liners in this study were not improve the friction and wear performance under the running conditions of low load, high speed or medium load.

In this paper, the friction and wear properties of different surface textured cylinder liners are discussed under different running conditions. The cylinder sections were selected as the research samples. The friction and wear properties of diesel engine cylinder liner were analyzed and characterized by three aspects: friction coefficient, wear loss and surface morphology.
