摘 要

近二十年来，人口动态变化密切影响着经济、社会、土地等要素,而且众多的学者也渐渐将其作为深入探究钻研的目标。自20世纪末我国将计划生育定为基本国策，到现在全面开放二胎政策以来，整体人口增长一直处于动态的变化中。虽然整体人口增长呈现下降的趋势。但不同地域的人口增长率变化因为受到人文因素的影响而差异较大。鉴于数据的可取性与完备性，本文遴选1994-2014年湖南省各地级市作为研究区，依托人口学和地理信息系统学科的理论方法为基础，对研究区人口增长变化的时空格局演变趋势进行分析。研究表明：从1994年开始，湘西自治州人口自然增长率一直居高不下，湖南北部的张家界市，常德市以及岳阳市等地起初的人口自然增长率处于较高的水平，然而20年来随着其他要素波动变化，整体表现出下降的趋向。湖南中部及北部区域的人口自然增长率自21世纪初以来展现出逐年增高的趋向。湖南省整体的人口自然增长在一定程度上呈空间自相关而且空间集聚现象较为明显。

Abstract

In the past twenty years, the dynamic changes of population has intimately affected the economy, society, land and other factors, and it has gradually become a significant research project for a great number of scholars to explore. Since the end of the 20th century, the one-child policy has been a national basic policy in China. Since the end of the 20th century in China will plan family as a basic national policy, the population growth has always been changing in dynamics. Although the overall population growth showed a downward trend. However, the changes of population growth rate in region are greatly influenced by humanistic factors. Taking into account the desirable and integrity of data, the paper selected the prefecture-level cities of Hunan Province as a study area and the period of 1994 to 2014, and based on demographic and the theoretical method of the geographic information science theory and method as the foundation, the population of the study area growth spatial and temporal patterns of evolution trend analysis. Studies show that from beginning of 1994,Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture, the natural population growth rate has been high, the northern part of Hunan Province, Zhangjiajie City, Changde City and Yueyang City, although at first the natural population growth rate higher, but 20 years with other elements of the fluctuations, the overall presentation downward trend. The natural population growth rate in the central and northern areas of Hunan Province has been increasing year by year since the beginning of twenty-first Century. The overall natural growth of population in Hunan Province has a certain degree of spatial autocorrelation and the phenomenon of spatial agglomeration is obvious.

第一章 绪论

1.1 研究背景与意义

人地关系是现如今的人类社会发展建设过程中的根本问题之一，人口与经济，社会和土地的相互协调，发展促进始终是众多学者密切关注的课题。人口相当于人地关系的主要组成部分之一，是作为影响地方区域建设发展的重大因素，并且与其他影响区域建设发展的要素密切相关，也在区域的发展中起到的关键的作用。人口的空间分布密度和增长数量的动态变化会由于影响其他区域发展的要素，例如经济、土地、生态环境和政治制度等从而影响整个区域的动态发展。同样地，其他与人口密切关联的区域因素也会直接或者间接的反向对人口动态变化产生一定的影响。人口的增长率是作为分析判别人口空间分布动态变化的核心因素之一。近年来，由于过快的人口增长带来的一系列问题，成为了阻碍区域可持续发展的罪魁祸首。研究区域人口增长的动态变化，可以科学有效的对制定区域发展政策起到辅助决策的作用，并引导实现区域人口与经济，社会和土地的可持续发展。对促进人地关系的协调发展有着相当重要的理论意义。通过运用地理信息系统的空间统计方法，较为直观的对人口问题及其动态变化进行可视化的展示，更进一步表明地理信息系统学科在研究分析中的实践价值。
