柿竹园多金属矿提高萤石回收率试验研究毕业论文

摘 要

我国的萤石矿资源藏量巨大,但却不具备较高的利用率。为了解决这个问题,本文以湖南柿竹园多金属矿尾矿为研究对象,在控制变量条件下,对萤石进行浮选条件试验,从而达到提高对萤石尾矿资源的回收率的目的。试验的研究重点在尝试不同的萤石矿捕收剂和抑制剂,选择出最高效的药剂搭配,故此,本文通过研究不同药剂对该矿物可浮性的影响结合对矿物性质的试验分析,研究了在不同抑制剂,捕收剂作用下,对萤石尾矿浮选试验的作用。主要研究结果如下:

试验结果显示:yhy、733、BK410等对萤石 都具有较好的捕收能力。在对比条件试验下,其中浮选试验对于萤石捕收效果最好和选择能力最佳的事BK410,yhy。又通过不同捕收剂多种组合试验得到其作用优于单一捕收剂,其中油酸钠 yhy起到正促进效果企且两者的比例为4:1时效果最好。萤石浮选实验中对于抑制剂的选择,NO3效果最为优良,对于抑制萤石矿中其他脉石矿物起到很好的作用,效果要优于普通抑制剂水玻璃和组合抑制剂NL,NS。最终浮选试验使用油酸钠 yhy NO3(或酸化水玻璃) ,在pH 值为弱碱性时,对萤石进行了高效的浮选分离。

Abstract

China has a huge amount of fluorite resources, but it does not have a high utilization rate. In order to solve this problem, this paper takes Hunan Shizhuyuan polymetallic mine tailings as the research object, and carries out flotation condition tests on fluorite under the condition of controlled variables, thus achieving the purpose of improving the recovery rate of fluorite tailings resources. The research focus of the experiment is to try different fluorite collectors and collectors and choose the most efficient reagent combination. Therefore, this paper studies the effect of different reagents on the flotation of fluorite tailings under the action of different collectors and collectors by studying the effect of different reagents on the floatability of the mineral and the experimental analysis on the mineral properties. The main research results are as follows:

The test results show that yhy, 733 and BK410 have good collecting ability for fluorite. Under the contrast condition test, BK410,yhy, which has the best collecting effect and the best selection ability for fluorite, is one of the flotation tests. Moreover, through various combination tests of different collectors, it is found that its effect is better than that of a single collector, in which sodium oleate yhy has a positive promoting effect and the best effect is obtained when the ratio of the two is 4: 1. In fluorite flotation experiments, NO3 has the best effect on the selection of inhibitors, and plays a very good role in inhibiting other gangue minerals in fluorite ores. The effect is better than that of common inhibitor sodium silicate and combined inhibitor NL,NS. In the final flotation test, sodium oleate yhy NO3 (or acidified water glass) is used to carry out efficient flotation separation of fluorite when the pH value is weakly alkaline.
