山东某铁矿地下开采设计毕业论文

摘 要

根据山东某铁矿的水文、工程、环境等地质情况,为矿山开采设计合理的开采方案,包括采用何种采矿方法、开拓方式的选择、抽出式通风和压入式通风的比选、生产能力验证、排水、充填等。在设计中综合考虑经济、安全、环保等多个因素,对多个备选方案进行优缺点对比,数据分析和验证,挑选出最适合此矿山的方案。由于矿体主要分布为四部分,且中间间隔较远,因此划分为四块井田,在具体的地下开采设计上分别进行分析,部分方案独立设计。

在采矿方法上,通过采矿方法初选,确定了两个备选方案,分别是浅孔留矿法和无底柱分段崩落法,再对这两种方法进行技术经济比较,最终确定选用无底柱分段崩落法进行采矿,并详细设计采准、切割、回采设计,采用切割天井拉槽法,考虑到矿山条件和经济因素,凿岩台车选用轮胎自行的CTC-700型单机台车,凿岩选用T-100型潜孔钻机,钻凿中深孔,炮孔呈上向扇形布置,钎头直接选60mm。对L10号矿体,采用电耙出矿,对L7 、L1、 L11号矿体出矿选用3 m3电动铲运机出矿。

在开拓设计方面,分四个井田分别设计,部分井田设计为竖井开拓,其余为斜井开拓,并详细设计副井、回风井、溜井和井底车场等辅助开拓巷道。在通风设计方面,通过方案优缺点比选,采用抽出式通风。在生产能力验证方面,分别按两种不同的方法进行计算和验证,最终得出矿山每年的生产能力计划为100万吨,分为两个中段同时作业。在矿山企业初步建设方案的设计上,按建设规模、产品方案、工作制度、基建工程量及进度这四个方面来设计,确定了矿山每年的工作天数和生产制度等。最后对矿山的排水、排泥、充填、总体布置和运输方案、供水、供电、土建分别进行设计,确定了单侧布置水仓和废石胶结充填法等设计方案。

Abstract

According to the hydrological, engineering, environmental and other geological conditions of an iron mine in shandong province, a reasonable mining scheme is designed for mining, including the mining method adopted, the selection of the development method, the selection of the extraction ventilation and the compression ventilation, the verification of production capacity, the drainage, the filling and so on. In the design, the economy, safety, environmental protection and other factors are taken into consideration. The advantages and disadvantages of multiple alternative schemes are compared, and the data is analyzed and verified to select the most suitable scheme for this mine. Because the ore body is mainly distributed in four parts and the interval between them is far, it is divided into four well fields. The specific underground mining design is analyzed respectively, and some schemes are designed independently.

On the mining method, through the primary mining method, to determine the two alternatives, respectively is shallow hole shrinkage stoping method and bottomless pillar sublevel caving method, technical and economic comparison on the two methods, the final selection without floor pillar caving method for mining, by quasi, cutting, mining design and detailed design, the patio pull slot cutting method is adopted, considering the mining conditions and economic factors, jumbo choose single car tyres to CTC - 700 type, choose T - 100 DTH drilling rig drilling, deep hole drilling, hole attached to the fan to decorate, drill bit directly selected 60 mm. For L10 ore body, the ore is produced by electric rake, and for L7, L1 and L11 ore bodies, the ore is produced by 3 m3 electric scraper.

In the aspect of development design, it is divided into four well fields, some of which are vertical Wells and the rest are inclined Wells. Besides, it also designs auxiliary openings, such as auxiliary Wells, return air Wells, passing Wells and bottom-hole vehicle yards. In the aspect of ventilation design, draw - out ventilation is adopted by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the scheme. In terms of production capacity verification, the annual production capacity of the mine was calculated and verified by two different methods, and it was finally concluded that the annual production capacity of the mine was planned to be 1 million tons, which was divided into two middle sections and operated at the same time. In the design of the initial construction scheme for mining enterprises, it is designed according to the construction scale, product scheme, working system, capital construction quantity and schedule, and the annual working days and production system of the mine are determined. Finally, the design of drainage, mud discharge, filling, overall layout and transportation scheme, water supply, power supply and civil construction were carried out respectively, and the design schemes of one-side arrangement sump and waste rock cementation filling method were determined.
