1. 研究目的与意义(文献综述)

1. the purpose and significance of the research.

since its birth in 1886, the automobile has experienced more than 120 years of development. it is estimate that that number of vehicle in the world in 2010 is close to 1 billion. the vehicle has contributed to the development of the world economy and society, while consuming a large amount of oil resources, resulting in urban air pollution and traffic jam, and caused many road traffic accidents [1]. with the progress and development of modern science and technology, higher requirements for automobile design have been put forward, and the development trend of automobile design has been developed in the direction of energy saving, environmental protection, safety and comfort. as an important part of the automobile transmission system, the transmission is used to change the torque and speed of the engine to the driving wheel, so its performance affects the power and economic indicators of the automobile, which is undoubtedly the key to reform and innovation.

as a kind of gearbox, manual transmission has the same function as the transmission, mainly including: (1) changing the transmission ratio, expanding the range of driving torque and rotational speed, to adapt to the changing driving conditions, such as starting, accelerating and upslope, and making the engine work under favorable conditions; (2) the vehicle can be driven backward while the rotation direction of the engine is unchanged; (3)using neutral to interrupt power transfer, so that the engine can start, idle speed, and facilitate the transmission of transmission or power output [2].

the main purpose of this paper is to design the honda xr -v small suv machinery transmission and research its structure, working principle, working process and parts of 3 d modeling and simulation analysis by referencing for the similar gear software and combined with the actual situation of domestic transmission design.

2. 研究的基本内容与方案

the target: to design manual transmission for urban fr suv and virtual assembly of the transmission assembly through virtual assembly of catia. using ansys software to conduct static and modal analysis of the transmission's mid-shaft, designed to optimize the mechanical transmission that meets the intensity requirement.

the main research: based on the maximum torque 155nm of the honda xr-v small suv to design a 5-stop manual transmission, following are the main s:

(1) select the structure plan of the transmission (including the overall structure plan of the transmission, the type and layout of the reverse gear, the structure type of the gear shift, the gear type and bearing type);
