Abstract

The investigation shows that more than 70% of road traffic accidents are related to the mistakes and errors of driver behavior. Therefore, studying on driving behavior is an important research topic of road traffic safety. The driving behavior model chosen in this paper is a series driving behavior model based on the SOR model. The model considers that driving behavior is a series system composed of three stages of perception, judgment and operation. By studying the different stages of the influencing factors, we can take effective measures to improve driving behavior from a number of aspects. This paper also focuses on ADAS, which significantly simplifies driver driving and improves vehicle safety. By studying the composition and working principle of ADAS, we establish the relationship between driving behavior and advanced driving assistance systems. In this paper, we also establish the driving behavior evaluation system based on driving simulator, and design the general idea of ADAS virtual simulation. Finally, the virtual simulation experiment design is completed by taking the pedestrian detection system in ADAS as an example. Experiments are used to verify the relationship between ADAS and driving behavior, so that effective methods and measures to improve driving behavior can be obtained.
