电动工程车模块化设计开题报告

1. 研究目的与意义(文献综述)

modular design, or "modularity in design", is a design approach that subdivides a system into smaller parts called modules, that can be independently created and then used in different systems. a modular system can be characterized by functional partitioning into discrete scalable, reusable modules; rigorous use of well-defined modular interfaces; and making use of industry standards for interfaces.

aspects of modular design can be seen in cars or other vehicles to the extent that there being certain parts of the car that can be added or removed without altering the rest of the car. a simple example of modular design in cars is that, while these cars come as a basic model, they also allow quick upgrades such as a more powerful engine or seasonal tires and these upgrades do not require any change to other units of the car such as the chassis, steering, electric motor and battery systems.

in the 1950s, europeans car manufacturers developed the concept of car platform and gradually advanced into modular platforms where auto parts integration flexibility level also gradually improved. in the 1970s, automakers formally adopted modular technology to reduce manufacturing assembly and management costs. in the early 1980s, italian fiat manufacturers developed a modular mass production line based on modular technology. in the 1990s, the us ford manufacturers also applied modular technology into the areas of procurement and management, which resulted in a significant reduction in the cost of production of a car. then, the german volkswagen manufacturers began to build their own modules and supply to other auto manufacturers all over the world. in the 21st century, both the car manufacturers and auto parts suppliers have begun to focus on automotive modular design applications, and reproduce the concept of modular design in a variety of concept models.

2. 研究的基本内容与方案

2.1 Objectives

The main objective of this project is to use modular design concept to simplify and reassemble automotive products. This will be achieved by dividing a large number of automotive products into a number of standardized modules scientifically, then splice the modules into a whole car. In addition, when the same module has different parts, the module can be dismantled and reassemble to form a different car. Thus, when developing a car with this design methods, it is easy to gain the diversification of products according to a different environment and the needs of consumers.

2.2. Technical measures to be adopted

The tunnel maintenance vehicle (TMV) design is divided into two types:

Type A

2.3m (L) x 1.30m (W) x 1.8m (H)

Type B

2.3m (L) x 1.05m (W) x 1.8m (H)

To achieve the modular design of the electric vehicle, firstly, the module division method will be determined according to the principles and applications of the modules. Two kinds of modules are proposed by the structure of the electric vehicle:

(1) Based on the space position of the electric vehicle, the module is divided into three parts: external space, internal space, and moving parts.

(2) The electric vehicle functions are divided into passenger system, power drive system, power supply system, vehicle control system, and other five parts of the auxiliary system.

It should be noted that, in the subsequent design process, one of the methods will be selected, or other more specific and more appropriate method will be adopted to sum the module.

According to the definition of modular products, the product can be divided into universal modules and dedicated modules.

The relationship can be described as follows:

Modular product (system) = universal module (base) dedicated module (deformation)

The two types of the Tunnel maintenance Vehicle (TMV) design proposed to differ in width.

The structure and parameters that affect the width, for example, the width of the suspension, the tire width and the movement space of the steering wheel, will be considered to determine which modules are dedicated modules. Then change the internal structure of the dedicated module to meet the requirements of the two widths.
