摘 要

近年来随着中国经济的发展，医药市场竞争日趋激烈，且竞争越来越严重。导致了许多问题，医药企业也面临了巨大的挑战，过去，直接销售的传统模式已经不能满足企业的要求，使得医药企业不得不转型，转换新的管理模式，来提高在市场上的竞争力。在这种趋势下，企业选择建立CRM销售管理系统，建立一种提高公司效益，便于公司管理为目的的系统是最合适的选择。

本系统采用的开发语言为JAVA语言，逻辑性强、易编程。以mysql数据库技术为基础，以动态网页JSP技术为开发平台，以b/s模式为系统体系结构，以web页面为展示，此系统分为如下几个模块：用户信息、医院信息管、药品管理、销售信息以及统计数据，其目的是为了建立一个具有信息资源共享、医药企业管理者统一管理等多功能的企业管理系统。

Design and Implementation of CRM Sales Management System in Pharmaceutical Enterprises

Abstract

In recent years, with the development of China"s economy, the pharmaceutical market is becoming increasingly competitive, and the competition is getting worse. Has led to many problems, pharmaceutical companies are also facing a huge challenge in the past, the direct sales of the traditional model has been unable to meet the requirements of enterprises, making pharmaceutical companies have to transition, change the new management model to improve the competitiveness of the market. In this trend, companies choose to establish CRM sales management system, the establishment of a company to improve efficiency, ease the company management for the purpose of the system is the most appropriate choice.

The system uses the development language for the JAVA language, logical, easy programming. Based on the mysql database technology, the dynamic web page JSP technology is used as the development platform, and the b / s mode is the system architecture. The system is divided into five modules: the user information module, the hospital information management module, the medicine Management module, sales information management module and statistical data management module, the purpose is to establish a sales information resource sharing, unified management of pharmaceutical business managers and other multi-functional pharmaceutical business CRM sales management system.

第一章 引言

1.1 课题研究背景

信息技术高速发展，带来了许多改变，给个人带来了机遇，也给医药企业带来了挑战。由于在信息通达的情况下，传统的销售模式存在非常多问题，在当前的社会环境下，不能满足医药企业的管理模式，可以说，传统的销售信息管理模式，不仅不能适合医药企业的发展，也已经远远不能够适应当前社会经济发展新形势的要求。

医药企业一般都组织比较复杂，一项活动需要几个部门合作才能完成，所以销售管理都需要填写非常多繁琐的步骤，大大降低了工作效率，对人力也是一种浪费，在这样的情况下，部门人员的工作量会大大增加。但是高科技时代的到来，特别是家家户户都配置了电脑，电脑的普及，使得海量的数据处理已经不成问题，也使得电脑在各行各业的使用更为普遍。跟着信息化发展的步伐是每个医药企业的必然选择，加强医药企业竞争力和提高各个医药企业现代化的管理能力，来适应整个科技社会的变化和发展。医药企业对信息需求的增长，使计算机、网络技术已经融合到各种医药企业的平常工作当中。
