南京市轨道交通3号线(2段)线路设计毕业论文

摘 要

本次毕业设计总体包括四个部分的设计,分别为轨道交通线路几何设计、轨道交通车站规划设计、轨道交通无缝线路设计和路基设计。

本文第一部分介绍了南京地铁3号线的概况和地铁建设的一些规范;接着介绍了地铁线路设计的具体流程,包括线路走向的选择、线路的比选、线路平面设计以及线路纵断面设计;然后通过夫子庙至秣周东路区间段的具体线路设计详细说明了备选线路方案比选的内容、线路平面设计的计算要素(圆曲线半径、缓和曲线长度、圆曲线长度和车站的规模等)以及线路纵断面设计的计算要素(最大坡度、坡段长度、变坡点、坡度代数差和竖曲线等);最后叙述了线路设计中平面设计与纵断面设计之间的协调关系及注意要点。

本文第二部分进行了车站客流规模预测,确认了3号线2段14个车站的类型为地下岛式车站,并设计了相应6个站的换乘方案;并完成了车站平面设计,包括站台层平面布置、站厅层平面布置和车站出入口所在地面层道路设计,同时进行了车站两个关键剖面的设计。

本文第三部分介绍了无缝线路设计的概况、内容和地区,阐述了轨道主要技术标准和设计规范;随后介绍了线路的基本情况,并进行单元轨节布置设计;通过k值的计算、静弯矩计算、动弯矩计算和动弯矩应力计算完成轨道强度检算;通过曲线地段允许温升计算和直线段允许温升计算,求出轨道稳定性允许温度压力和轨道稳定性允许温升,完成轨道稳定性验算;通过确定允许温降、设计锁定轨温计算和温度力计算,完成锁轨温度设计;最后通过计算轨头的伸缩量、最大温度力、缓冲轨伸缩量、长钢轨端部伸缩量、缓冲轨间接头预留轨缝和长轨轨端接头预留轨缝,完成施工预留轨缝计算。结合以上情况,绘制了长轨条布置图、道岔和观测桩示意图和温度应力图。

本文最后综合地下轨道状况进行了路基初步设计,绘制了单线轨道基本断面图。

ABSTRACT

The graduation design generally consists of four parts: geometric design of rail transit lines, planning and design of rail transit stations, seamless design of rail transit and subgrade design.

The first part of this paper introduces the general situation of Nanjing Metro Line 3 and some specifications of subway construction; then it introduces the specific process of subway line design, including the choice of line direction, line comparison, line plane design and line profile design; The specific route design of the interval section of the Confucius Temple to the Mozhou east Road section details the contents of the alternative route plan comparison and the calculation elements of the line plane design (circular curve radius, easing curve length, round curve length and station size, etc.) and lines. The calculation elements of the longitudinal section design (maximum slope, slope length, slope point, slope algebraic difference and vertical curve, etc.); finally, the coordination relationship and attention points between the plane design and the longitudinal section design in the line design are described.

In the second part of this paper, the passenger flow scale forecast of the station is carried out. It is confirmed that the type of 14 stations in the 2nd line of Line 3 is an underground island station, and the transfer plan of the corresponding 6 stations is designed. The station flat design is completed, including the platform. The layout of the floor, the layout of the station floor and the design of the surface road at the station entrance and exit, and the design of two key sections of the station.

The third part of this paper introduces the overview, content and area of ​​seamless circuit design, expounds the main technical standards and design specifications of the track; then introduces the basic situation of the line, and carries out the design of the unit rail section; through the calculation of k value, The static bending moment calculation, the dynamic bending moment calculation and the dynamic bending moment stress calculation complete the track strength check; the temperature rise calculation is allowed in the curved section and the temperature rise calculation is allowed in the straight section, and the allowable temperature stability and orbit stability allowable temperature of the track stability are obtained. l, complete the track stability check; determine the allowable temperature drop, design lock rail temperature calculation and temperature force calculation, complete the lock rail temperature design; finally calculate the rail head expansion and contraction, maximum temperature force, buffer rail expansion, long rail The end expansion amount, the buffer rail joint reserved rail joint and the long rail rail end joint reserve the rail joint, and the construction reserved rail joint calculation is completed. Combined with the above situation, the long rail layout, the ballast and the observation pile diagram and the temperature stress diagram are drawn.

At the end of the paper, the basic design of the subgrade was carried out, and the basic section of the single-track track was drawn.
