负载Ag 氧化铝陶瓷膜对角鲨烯、花生四烯酸及EPA吸附特性的研究毕业论文

摘 要

本文基于亲和膜分离原理,选择对角鲨烯、花生四烯酸(AA)和EPA有选择性分离性能的陶瓷膜材料Ag -SACM。这种陶瓷膜材料制备方法简便,抗冲击性能强,且对角鲨烯、AA和EPA具有较强的吸附性能,可为多不饱和脂肪酸(酯或烃)的连续化、规模化制备供给一条新途径。本文的主要内容和结果如下:

  1. 建立了角鲨烯、AA的GC检测方法,方法的精密度和重复性良好。静态吸附试验结果显示,与ACM、SACM相比,Ag -SACM对角鲨烯的吸附能力更高,这是由于Ag 与角鲨烯发生了络合反应。同时,随着反应温度的提高,Ag -SACM对角鲨烯、AA及EPA的吸附量显著降低,这是由于络合反应是一个放热进程,温度升高不利于反应的发生,同时也降低了Ag 络合物的稳定性。
  2. 角鲨烯、AA及EPA在Ag -SACM表面的吸附行为可用Langmuir模型描述,吸附速率也遵循一级反应动力学方程。经测定,Ag -SACM对角鲨烯、AA及EPA的平衡吸附量分别为369.0 μmol/m2、322.58 μmol/m2和990.1 μmol/m2,吸附速率常数(k)分别为0.709 mL/m2.min、0.516 mL/m2.min和2.89 mL/m2.min。相比于角鲨烯和AA,Ag -SCM对EPA的吸附能力更强,这可能是由于EPA更易于与Ag 形成稳定的配合物。

Research on the preparation of Ag -SACM and its adsorption properties for squalene,arachidonic acid and EPA

ABSTRACT

Based on the affinity membrane separation principle, we choose ceramic membrane material Ag -SACM that has Selective separation performance for squalene, arachidonic (AA) and EPA . This ceramic membrane material preparation method is simple and has strong impact resistance,what's more,it has stronge ability to squalene, arachidonic (AA) and EPA and can provide a new way for polyunsaturated fatty acids (esters and hydrocarbons) continuous, scale of production.The main contents and results are as follows:

(1) A precise and good reproducibility GC detection method of ofsqualene, AA, precision was established.Static adsorption experiment results showed that, compared with the ACM、SACM, Ag -SACM has a better adsorption capacity of squalene , which is due to Ag and squalene 's complex reaction. Meanwhile, with increasing temperature, Ag -SACM adsorption of squalene, AA and EPA significantly reduced due to the complexation process is an exothermic reaction, the reaction temperature is not conducive, and also reduce the stability of Ag complexes.

(2) adsorption behavior of Squalene, AA and EPA on Ag -SACM surface can describe by Langmuir model and the adsorption rate also follows a kinetic equation.According to the mensuration, equilibrium adsorption of Ag -SACM on the AA and EPA were 369.0 μmol / m2,322.58 μmol / m2 and 990.1 μmol / m2, the adsorption rate constant (k) was 0.709 mL / m2.min, 0.516 mL / m2.min and 2.89 mL / m2.min. Compared to the squalene and AA, the adsorption ability of Ag -SCM on EPA was stronger, it can due to EPA is easier to form a stable complex with Ag .
