水凝胶生物粘合剂可以用于模拟细胞外基质的组成和物理化学性质,并已成为伤口手术缝线闭合的替代品。

然而,目前的水凝胶粘合剂往往具有较差的力学性能,较低的组织粘附能力,以及缺乏抗菌等性能。

本课题拟研发一种具有广谱抗菌活性的新型可喷涂水凝胶粘合剂,用于促进伤口愈合。
