二十一世纪以来,我国科技不断进步,经济迅速发展,随之而来的是日益突出的资源和环境问题。

发光二极管(light emitting diodes,led)照明节能环保,高效稳定,具有重要的研究意义。

随着发光二极管制备技术的持续提高和其应用范围的不断扩展,探索能够被近紫外波段光和蓝光有效激发的荧光粉,其制备技术,包括发光性能的表征都成为近几年来稀土荧光照明器件研究领域中的重中之重。
