重油镁添加剂的合成毕业论文

摘 要

随着工业生产技术的迅猛发展,重油这一重要的工业生产资源的来源与供应问题越来越受到人们广泛的关注。由于石油炼制技术的进步,重油的粘度越来越大,使得在工业生产中重油的燃烧难度大大增加。而重油的不完全燃烧,会造成燃烧不畅,炉温不稳定等一系列直接影响工业生产的问题。同时,重油在燃烧过程中会在炉壁生成的大量结焦,使得除焦次数增加,作业效率直线下降。最后,重油不完全燃烧会生成更多的烟尘,对生产环境和自然生态的污染是显而易见的。重油燃烧添加剂应运而生。

本文以十二烷基苯磺酸和氧化镁为研究对象,探讨其合成方法,并选择在实验室中最适合的合成方法,及尝试多种方法进行最佳合成比例探究,在后续应用中选择适当的方法,提高该材料的性能。

ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of industrial production technology, the source of the crude oil in the industrial production of this important resource and supply problems widely by people more and more attention. Due to the evolution of oil refining technology, the viscosity of heavy oil is more and more big, the difficulty of heavy oil combustion in industrial production was greatly increased. And incomplete combustion of heavy oil, can cause burning, temperature instability and a series of direct impact on the problem of industrial production. At the same time, the heavy oil in the process of combustion will be generated by a large number of coking in furnace wall, and can make the decoking number increase, the efficiency declines linearly. Finally, heavy oil incomplete combustion generates more smoke, to the production environment and the natural ecological pollution is obvious. Heavy oil combustion additive arises at the historic moment.

In this paper, dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid and magnesium oxide as the research object, discusses the synthesis methods, and choose the most suitable in the laboratory, the synthetic methods and try best proportion of synthetic investigation on a variety of methods, choose the appropriate method in the subsequent application, improve the performance of the material.
