16万m3d城镇污水处理厂工艺设计毕业论文

摘 要

本设计的主要目的是设计一处理能力达到16万m3/d,而且出水水质能够达到污水综合排放一级A标准的工艺流程。在认真分析国内外多种污水处理的理论技术和工程实践的基础上,最终确定了A2/O污水处理工艺。本设计工艺注重除磷脱氮工艺流程,其中详细的阐述了该流程中各个环节的设计以及处理效果。

A2/O污水处理工艺的计算过程中,充分考虑了厌氧池、缺氧池、好氧池三个池子的合理性,在设备选型上即考虑实用性又要考虑经济性,以尽量节约资金。A2/O工艺处理后的污水出水并配合化学除磷,基本上达到了预计标准。初沉池污泥进入贮泥斗,剩于污泥一部分进入贮泥斗,一部分回流之后进入浓缩池浓缩之后进入贮泥池,之后进行消化池消化,接下来脱水排出。本次设计中设计2组粗格栅长3.2米,宽2.15米,高1.197米;2组细格栅长4.4米,宽2.73米,高1.44米;2座曝气沉砂池长12米,宽6米,高6.028米;4座辐流式初沉池直径37米,高5.57米;5组A2/O反应池长75米,宽49米,高6米;4座辐流式二沉池,直径53米,高9.28米;2组消毒池,长48.14米,宽12米,高4.1米;1座污泥浓缩池,直径32米,高7.45米。通过本城市污水处理厂的设计,对该地区环境带来极大益处。

Abstract

The main purpose of this design is to design a process with a processing capacity of 160,000 m3/d, and the effluent quality can reach the first-class A standard for comprehensive wastewater discharge. On the basis of careful analysis of the theoretical and engineering practices of various sewage treatments at home and abroad, the A2/O wastewater treatment process was finally determined. The design process focuses on the process of dephosphorization and denitrification, and details the design and treatment effects of each step in the process.

In the calculation process of the A2/O sewage treatment process, the rationality of the three pools of anaerobic tank, anoxic tank and aerobic tank is fully considered. Considering the practicality and economic consideration in the equipment selection, it is necessary to save as much as possible. funds. The effluent from the A2/O process treated with chemical phosphorus removal basically reached the expected standard.

The sludge from the primary sedimentation tank enters the sludge storage tank, and a part of the sludge remains in the sludge storage tank. After being refluxed, it enters the concentration tank and then enters the sludge storage tank. After that, it is digested by the digestion tank, and then dehydrated and discharged. In this design, the two sets of coarse grids are 3.2 meters long, 2.15 meters wide and 1.197 meters high. The two sets of fine grids are 4.4 meters long, 2.73 meters wide and 1.44 meters high. The two aerated grit chambers are 12 meters long. 6 meters wide and 6.028 meters high; 4 radial flow primary sedimentation tanks are 37 meters in diameter and 5.57 meters high; 5 groups of A2/O reaction tanks are 75 meters long, 49 meters wide and 6 meters high; 4 radial flow type The pool has a diameter of 53 meters and a height of 9.28 meters. The two groups of disinfection tanks are 48.14 meters long, 12 meters wide and 4.1 meters high. One sludge concentration tank has a diameter of 32 meters and a height of 7.45 meters.

Through the design of the city's sewage treatment plant, the environment in the region will be greatly benefited.

1.1本课题研究的背景

水是一切生物生存必不可少的物质之一,没有水的世界是无法想象的。虽然我国水资源总量非常丰富,居世界第六位,但是由于人口众多,人均占有仅2300m3,约为世界平均的1/4,属世界缺水国家之一。人民生活离不开水,工农业生产发展更离不开水,无论是生活污水还是工业废水都会带来不同程度的污染。城市污水处理的滞后,已经成为影响我国区域水污染防治目标实现的一个重要因素,并且严重制约了城市社会经济的可持续发展,所以加快建设城市污水集中处理刻不容缓[1]。
