改性环糊精对四溴双酚A的吸附特性研究毕业论文

摘 要

作为一种新兴的污染物,四溴双酚A(TBBPA)被认为是一种持久性污染物,其危害受到了广泛的关注。由于其疏水特性,四溴双酚A通常用吸附的方法进行去除。近年来,环糊精及其交联材料由于具备无毒害、可生物降解等特点,普遍用于染织工厂污染物以及工业废水金属离子的去除。本文在前人研究的基础上,通过β-环糊精与乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)进行交联反应制备改性β-环糊精(EDTA-β-CD)双功能吸附剂。对材料进行电子扫描显微镜(SEM)与傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)表征,分析。通过一系列吸附动力学,吸附热力学,吸附等温线,吸附平衡时间,pH等实验考察EDTA-β-CD对水中新兴污染物四溴双酚A污染物的吸附性能。结果表明,在投加量为80mg/L,pH约为7.5时,可以达到对TBBPA最佳吸附,约为14mg/g。吸附在二级动力学方程上拟合效果较好,系数(R2)gt;0.99。吸附等温线契合Freundlich模型。根据热力学实验,EDTA-β-CD吸附是一个放热的进程。EDTA-β-CD制造成本较低,制备工艺简单,预期EDTA-β-CD将会适用于更多的污染物,起到综合有效处理有毒污染物的实际应用。

Study on Adsorption Characteristics of Modified CD to EDTA

Abstract

As an emerging pollutant, tetrabromobisphenol A is considered to be a persistent pollutant and its hazard has received widespread attention. Due to its hydrophobic nature, TBBPA is usually removed by adsorption. In recent years, cyclodextrin and its cross-linking materials are widely used in the dyeing and weaving factory pollutants and the removal of metal ions from industrial wastewater due to their non-toxic and biodegradable properties. On the basis of previous studies, a modified β-CD (EDTA-β-CD) bifunctional adsorbent was prepared by cross-linking β-CD with ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA). The materials were characterized by electronic scanning microscopy (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). Through a series of adsorption kinetics, adsorption thermodynamics, adsorption isotherms, adsorption equilibrium time, pH and other experiments, the adsorption performance of EDTA-β-CD on the emerging pollutants of TBBPA in water was investigated. The results showed that the optimal adsorption of TBBPA was about 14 mg/g when the dosage was 80 mg/L and the pH was about 7.5. The adsorption effect on the second-order kinetic equation is better, and the coefficient (R2) is higher than 0.99. The adsorption isotherm fits the Freundlich model. According to thermodynamic experiments, EDTA-β-CD adsorption is an exothermic process. EDTA-β-CD has low manufacturing cost and simple preparation process. It is expected that EDTA-β-CD will be suitable for more pollutants, and it is a practical application for comprehensive and effective treatment of toxic pollutants.

四溴双酚A(TBBPA)是双酚A的衍生物,通常用作添加剂加入塑料制品,是一种常用的溴化阻燃剂。因为其阻燃性能出色,四溴双酚A可用于合成不同树脂。同时可以当做添加型阻燃剂,通常有聚苯乙烯、ABS树脂及SAN树脂[1] 。
