构建小微企业创新绩效指标体系的问题研究毕业论文

摘 要

随着我国经济的快速发展,小微企业也逐渐成为社会发展不可缺失的力量。我国正在经历着一个小微企业不断掀起和发展的过程。国内外不少学者关于小微企业的发展方面也都有不同程度的研究,然而他们研究和分析的重点问题一般都是解决小微企业的资金链和避风险能力等,而关于小微企业创新绩效指标体系的研究相对较少。

本文主要通过查阅资料,对小微企业案例进行PEST分析,通过自己的研究,构建了一个以非财务指标为中心的企业创新绩效指标体系。本文也初步地对小微企业创新绩效指标体系的相关问题进行了分析研究。首先,小微企业在各个权重设置上不太合理,绩效设定缺乏科学性;其次,评价的范围过于局限,缺少对无形资产方面的衡量;最后,构建的指标体系上只注重财务指标,对非财务指标考核比较随意。对此给出以下结论:

首先,解决仅重视财务指标的办法就是小微企业应该去提高自身的管理水平,同时提升其企业管理者以及员工的素质,构建并完善现代的小微企业管理制度;其次,对于无形资产,在构建企业管理制度的同时主要以质量,品牌,创新为重点,以促进行业的不断改善和提升,从而提升无形资产的地位;最后,各项政策也应该迅速的进行落实,变小微企业以往的被动局面为主动局面,把人才以及技术放到首位,为小微企业创造健康的成长环境。

Construction of the problems of small and micro enterprises innovation performance indicator system

Abstract

With the rapid development of economy in our country,Small and micro enterprises have gradually become needful of social development.China is experiencing a small and micro enterprises have launched the process of development.Many scholars have studied the development of small and micro enterprises,But they focus on research and analysis problems are generally solved capital chain and avoid risks such as small and micro enterprises,etc.Relatively few studies on small and micro enterprises innovation performance indicator system.

In this paper, through access to information, the case for small and micro enterprises conducted PEST analysis, through their own research, to construct a non-financial indicators as the center of innovation performance indicators. This article also preliminarily on issues related to small and micro enterprises innovation performance indicator system were analyzed. First, small and micro enterprises in various settings on the weights is not reasonable, the lack of scientific performance settings; Secondly, the evaluation too limited in scope, the lack of measurable aspects of intangible assets; Finally, the indicator system to focus only on financial indicators, more casual assessment of non-financial indicators.This gives the following conclusions:

First, solve the only way is to attach importance to financial indicators should go to small and micro enterprises to improve their management level, while improving the quality of its managers and employees to build and improve the modern enterprise management system for small and micro; Secondly, intangible assets, in build enterprise management system, while the main quality, brand, innovation as the key to promote the continuous improvement of industry and improvement, so as to enhance the status of intangible assets; Finally, the implementation of policies should also be quick, small and micro enterprises previous passive state to active situation, the talent and technology into first place, creating a healthy environment for the growth of small and micro enterprises.
