摘 要

随着全球经济的快速发展，产能结构也发生重大变化。为此，中国正逐渐成为新材料产业的最大的潜在市场和主要需求增长动力。新材料作为高新技术的基础和先导，应用范围极其广泛，它同信息技术、生物技术一起成为二十一世纪最重要和最具发展潜力的领域。

本文在总结前人研究成果的基础之上分析了新材料产业的内涵特点、世界典型国家新材料产业发展现状以及国外新材料产业的发展特征。接着阐述了本文的重点研究部分，即中国新材料产业发展现状。第一层介绍了典型省市新材料产业的发展现状；第二层介绍了我国新材料产业的发展特征。其中包括北京、江苏、上海、山东、深圳等地新材料产业的发展现状。然后提出能促进中国新材料产业发展的对策建议，指出中国新材产业发展的不足。最后对以上研究进行了总结，并通过结论提出了启示，探讨得出中国新材料产业发展现状及对策研究。

Researchon the Present Situation and Countermeasures of New Material Industry in China

Summary

With the rapid development of the global economy, the capacity structure has also undergone major changes. To this end, China is gradually becoming the largest potential market for new materials and the main demand growth momentum. New materials as a high-tech foundation and pilot, the scope of application is extremely extensive, it is with the information technology, biotechnology together become the twenty-first century the most important and most development potential areas.

On the basis of summarizing the achievements of predecessors, this paper analyzes the connotation of new materials industry, the development of new materials industry in the world and the development characteristics of foreign new materials industry. Then it elaborates the key research part of this paper, namely the development status of China's new material industry. The first layer introduces the development of new materials industry in typical provinces and cities; the second layer introduces the development characteristics of China's new materials industry. Including the development of new materials industry in Beijing, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Shandong, Shenzhen and other places. And then put forward to promote China's new material industry development countermeasures and suggestions, pointed out that the development of China's new material industry deficiencies. At last, the author summarizes the above research and puts forward the inspiration from the conclusion, and finds out the current situation and countermeasures of the development of new materials industry in China.

1.1研究背景

随着全球经济的快速发展，产能结构也发生重大变化。新材料产业在这个特殊时期正逐步崛起，作为当今世界应用范围最广，最具有发展潜力的产业，世界各国都将新材料产业作为优先发展的对象。而中国正在从发展中国家向发达国家逐步靠近，对新材料的的重视可想而知。在将来，中国会成为新材料产业最大的潜在市场和需求市场。

1.2研究现状

我国这个阶段的新材料产业处于一个强势发展期，一些相关的资料研究表明，未来中国新材料产业的增长速度将继续保持在20%以上。东北财经大学产业组织与企业组织研究中心表明(2011)认为新材料产业的内涵可以从新兴性和战略性来进行讨论，结合时代的发展与新材料产业自身的特点，可以有效分析新材料产业的内涵。或者从新材料产业的新兴性看，杨亲民（2004）在其文章中指出新材料产业虽然发展历程较短，但是是社会进步的产物。人类文明的发展必须要由新材料产业的带动，可以说是应孕而生。新材料的研究水平很大程度上成为一个国家的经济发展的关键点。
