目前，随着我国政府行政体制改革进程的不断加深以及其整体的行政执政能力的不断提升，使得政府公信力有了很大的进步“，但仍然存在其他问题，比如：执法方式简单粗暴、行政效率低下、政务公开不透明以及权力的滥用等，这些问题都会导致政

With the deepening of Chinese administrative reform and the continuous improvement论of government’s overall ruling ability, the credibility of the government has been made significant progress, but there still exists文theroughway of law enforcement, administrative inefficiency, and lack of openness in government affairs and power abuse and other problems resulting in the weakening of credibility of the government. The reason lies in, not only the government itself, but also the arising of public管consciousness toward rights and the
influence of various behavioral evaluations. Therefore, the study of the subject has important theoretical and practical significance. 理 This article discusses some of the problems in the construction of the public credibility in government, and focus on solutions to
problems. The credibility of the construction of a number of complex cases with some simple cases in the 系rulinggovernment in the process instead of, on the one hand to improve the accuracy of the analysis of the problem, it also improves the efficiency of the government in power, is conducive to building trust in government of the rapid development and progress.
