等效电路法研究负载对圆盘状磁电复合材料频率响应特性的影响毕业论文

摘 要

材料在外加磁场作用下产生自发极化或者在外加电场作用下感生磁化强度的效应称为磁电效应,具有磁电效应的材料称为磁电材料。而磁电复合材料,它是由两种单相材料—铁电相与铁磁相经一定方法复合而成的。磁电复合材料具有较高的尼尔和居里温度,而且其磁电转换系数大,在相关材料及器件领域有非常广阔的应用前景,因此近年来备受关注。本文运用了等效电路的方法建立了圆片状磁电复合材料磁电效应的频率响应模型,讨论了电路负载对谐振磁电效应的影响。理论模型与测得的实验结果符合得很好。本文的研究结果为磁电器件的设计提供了一定的理论依据。

The Equivalent Circuit Research on The Electrical Resistance Load Effect on Frequency Response of Magnetoelectric Composite

ABSTRACT

With a unique property of magnetoelectric effect, the magnetoelectric material can achieve an induced electric polarization under an external magnetic field or an induced magnetization under an external electric field. Magnetoelectric composite is a new type of function material that is composed of both ferroelectric phase and ferromagnetic phase. The material has attracted much attention in recent years, not only because of its high Neel and Curie temperature, but also due to its superior efficient magnetoelectric conversion performance. In this paper, we presented a theoretical model of frequency response of ME effect in the fabricated ME laminated disk composite based on equivalent circuit method, and researched on the electrical resistance load effect on resonant ME effect. The results of the theoretical model are in good agreement with the measured results. This paper presents theoretical basis for the design of ME devices.
