1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求
肽类树状大分子结构的规整性和高度支化、良好的生物相容性使其在免疫诊断试剂、药物基因载体、分子影像方面等生物医学领域具有非常广泛的运用。
本项目旨在设计和合成笼状硅氧烷核肽类树状大分子,建立成熟的产物合成、纯化及表征方法。
