低碳物流技术应用的阻碍因素与激励机制研究

摘 要

保持社会经济的可持续发展已逐渐成为低碳物流技术的目标,实现低碳物流技术的发展必须减少碳排放方面的所有物流活动,将物流环节中的环境影响与经济影响进行协调统一,这对我国开展的构建环境友好型、资源节约型社会的宏图具有紧要的意义。

从低碳角度来研究传统物流是低碳物流技术研究的基本立足点,这是由于传统物流是其他基础物流类型的奠基。因此,本文将从目标设定的传统物流出发,促进传统物流业向低碳物流技术的发展,对传统物流融合低碳物流技术的改造过程中所遇到的阻碍因素和激励机制进行探索。

低碳物流技术存在的阻碍因素将通过博弈分析定量展示。低碳物流技术是这篇文章的中心,政府、企业和社会民众之间的博弈关系是重要的剖析点,动态分析的要点是研究低碳物流技术的行为和对经济造成的影响。

在考虑政府对企业执行的激励政策中,需要琢磨的是政府与企业之间的博弈关系,并思考社会民众的作用。低碳物流技术的激励措施围绕企业、政府和社会民众三方进行博弈分析,应该分类提出建议从而展开推动措施。

Research on Constraint Factors And Incentive Mechanism of Low-carbon Lgistics Technology Application

Abstract

Held in the current social and economic sustainable development has gradually become the target of a low-carbon logistics technology, logistics and technology to achieve development of low-carbon logistics activities must reduce all carbon emissions, and the environmental effects of logistics practices in coordination with the economic effects of the merger, this is our country to carry out the construction of environmentally friendly, ambitious resource-saving society has critical meaning.

From carbon to study traditional logistics is a basic principle underlying carbon logistics technology research, which is due to the traditional logistics other basic logistics types of foundation. Therefore, traditional logistics article from the goal setting, incentives to promote the development of low-carbon logistics technology, the traditional logistics technology and low-carbon logistics processes impede transformation of elements of traditional logistics.

Obstacles to the presence of low-carbon logistics technology will be demonstrated by quantitative analysis game. Carbon logistics technology here is the gist of the article, between the public and the business community, enterprises and between enterprises, game relationship between government and enterprises is an important point of analysis, dynamic analysis of the key is to select low-carbon logistics technology and behavior economic impact and countermeasures.

In consideration of the Government towards the implementation of incentive policies, the need to pondering the game relationship between government and enterprises, and reflect on elements of the community people. Incentives for low-carbon technologies around the logistics business, government and community people tripartite game analysis, classification proposals should promote measures in order to expand.

1.1 选题背景

过度使用能源所带来的负面环境问题伴随着世界人口和经济的增长而日趋呈现。在现代经济社会的发展过程中,高排放高能耗的物流行业在国民经济的发展中扮演着重要的角色,所以,低碳物流技术在这个经济高速发展的社会中处于很重要的地位。低碳观念的产生就是为了满足降低碳排放量、削减对环境的伤害这一目的,随着潮流的发展,它已经渐渐渗透到物流领域范畴之中。

改革开放以来,经济动员促使了整个中国物流行业的快速增长,然而,为了满足日益增长的物流需求数量和物流需求质量,中国投入使用了各种物流设施和设备,这就致使物流环节中碳排量的大批增长从而严重的影响了环境。
