摘 要

改革开放以来，中小企业逐渐成为中国社会经济发展的主要来源，市场向个性化、多样化发展。随着全球化竞争的加剧、国际形势的变化以及中国自身的迅猛发展，中小企业的核心竞争优势正在逐步消退。从企业内部来看，中小企业的管理手段比较单一，随意性较大，且管理人员水平不高，这些都严重制约着企业的发展。

纺织服装业自二十世纪八十年代初推行市场经济以来发展迅速，经过多年的磨练，企业在引进生产设备、工艺技术等方面都有了一定的认知水平，产品质量也得到了提升。但对于服装行业当中的中小企业，所聘用的操作人员熟练程度不一样，各部门之间信息交流滞后，生产设备无法实时地进行更新换代等都影响了整个企业的生产效率，从而降低了企业的整体收益。

本文针对以上问题，选取中小型服装企业作为研究对象，采取理论和案例相结合的分析方法，对实际问题进行探讨。通过优化生产过程，改进工艺，从而提高质量，降低成本，消除浪费，以此来提高企业竞争力，使现有的生产经营方式能快速响应市场的需求，最终提高整个企业的经济效益。

Xu Shi Garment Factory Situation Analysis and Improvement Strategy of the Production Process

Abstract

Since the reform and opening up, SEMs gradually become the main source of China’s social and economic development, the market to personalized,diversified development. As the change of the competition of globalization, the international situation and the rapid development of China"s own, SEMs core competitive advantage is gradually fading. From the internal point of view, management tools for SMEs relatively simple, arbitrary large, and the management level is not high, which severely restricts the development of enterprises.

Textile and garment industry since the 1980s carried out market economy rapid development, after years of training, the introduction of production equipment business, technology and other aspects have a certain level of awareness, product quality has also been improved. But for garment industry among SMEs of the operator employed by skilled personnel is not the same, the exchange of information between departments lag, production equipment replacement can’t be performed in real time and so on affected the entire production efficiency, thereby reducing the entire enterprise earnings.

In view of the above problem, this paper select small and medium-sized garment enterprises as the research object, adopts the method of the combination of theory and case analysis, discusses the actual problem. By optimizing the production process, improve technology to improve quality, reduce costs, eliminate waste, in order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, so that the existing production and management can respond quickly to market demand, and ultimately improve the economic efficiency of the entire enterprise.

1.1 研究背景及意义

改革开放以来，中小企业逐渐成为中国社会经济发展的主要来源，市场向个性化、多样化发展。作为中小型的服装企业来说，在面对客户多样化、个性化的需求时，必须快速做出反应，保持自身的创新能力。但中小企业的管理手段比较单一，随意性较大，且管理人员水平不高，这些都严重制约着企业的发展。

目前，国内的中小型服装企业大多将他们的竞争重点放在价格和样式上，都是相对而言低层次的竞争，企业的品牌意识得不到提升。多数企业只会依靠成本来获取自身的竞争优势，面对原材料价格的不断上涨的趋势，压低加工费用、压榨劳动力成为了企业的首选。虽然经过多年的磨练，企业在引进生产设备、工艺技术等方面都有了一定的认知水平，产品质量也得到了提升。但对于服装行业当中的中小企业，所聘用的操作人员熟练程度不一样，各部门之间信息交流滞后，生产设备无法实时地进行更新换代等都影响了整个企业的生产效率。
