摘 要

铁路货场连接铁路运输供需两端，起着运输、仓储等重要作用。将徐州铁路铜山货场作为研究对象，通过分析其基本情况，调研货场运营现状，对其管理模式进行研究，以发现货场在管理模式中存在的不足并给予相应的改进方案，从而为铜山货场的进一步发展提供参考。通过与货场管理人员的沟通、到货场进行实地考察、阅读参考文献、总结管理经验、分析数据等方法，可以发现目前铜山货场管理模式存在的问题主要集中在管理理念、组织结构和管理方法这几个方面。货场的管理理念没有与时俱进，同时，管理组织结构中存在着部分管理岗位职能重复的现象。货场延续了传统的管理方法，制度化、固定化的特点比较突出，管理模式缺乏灵活性。这些问题都制约着货场的进一步转型升级。因此，货场管理模式需要进行进一步的改革。货场需要更新管理理念，有效与市场对接。精简管理人员，将职能相似的管理岗位进行合并。还可以依托发达的铁路运输网建立站与站之间的信息化网络；提高自动化作业能力，减轻人员工作压力；同时，奖惩分明，完善场内人员奖励机制，激发员工工作热情。

Study on Management Mode of Xuzhou Railway Tongshan Freight Yard

Abstract

Railway freight yard connects the supply and demand of railway transportation and plays an important role in transportation and storage. Tongshan freight yard of Xuzhou railway is taken as the research object, through analyzing its basic situation, investigating the operation status of the freight yard, and studying its management mode, in order to find the deficiencies in the management mode of the freight yard and give the corresponding improvement plan, so as to provide reference for the further development of Tongshan freight yard. Through communication with the management personnel of the freight yard, on-the-spot investigation to the freight yard, reading references, summarizing management experience, analyzing data and other methods, it can be found that the problems existing in the management mode of Tongshan freight yard are mainly concentrated in the aspects of management concept, organizational structure and management methods. The management concept of the goods yard has not kept pace with the times. At the same time, there is the phenomenon of duplication of functions of some management posts in the management organization structure. Cargo yard continued the traditional management method, institutionalized and fixed characteristics are more prominent, the management mode is lack of flexibility. All these problems are restricting the further transformation and upgrading of the goods yard. Therefore, the freight yard management mode needs to carry on further reform. The warehouse needs to update the management concept, and effectively connect with the market. Streamline management personnel and consolidate management positions with similar functions. It can also rely on the developed railway transport network to establish the information network between stations, improve the ability of automatic operation, reduce the work pressure of personnel. At the same time, the rewards and punishments are clear, and the incentive mechanism of the staff in the venue is improved to stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff.
