”Business contract” which has a legally connection
for the both sides, is an agreement signed by a nature person or the juridical
person in order to realize some certain business purposes under a certain
legitimate procedure to get some certain rights and carry out obligations for
each other. It is because the business contract has legal effect that the two
sides who have signed the contract have to follow by the contract strictly to
carry out their own obligations comprehensively, which needs a high demand for
the accurate usage of the words and sentence.

With the increasingly development of the Market economy and the Reform and Open to the out side world of China, the market competitive system of our country has made a striking progress. We have more and more opportunities to cooperate with the foreign company with the widen scale of the business concerning foreign affairs because the business trade with the foreign countries has become much frequent. So, it has become an important issue to draft, negotiate and sign a contract.
