This paper aims to discuss the C-E translation ofScenic Spots Introduction to the World Cultural Heritage sitesfrom the Cross Cultural Perspective by taking Kaiping Diaolou and Villages asthe examples. This paper has four parts. Firstly, a literature review will begiven. The author will have a preliminary understanding of the history of theC-E translation of Kaiping Diaolou and Villages. The second part is to explainthe definition and different types of Kaiping Diaolou and villages. The thirdpart is the main body of the whole paper which will be divided into two smallersections: 1) The author’s understanding and opinion on the existing C-Etranslation on the names of Kaiping Diaolou and Villages. 2) Some examples fromthe scenic spots introduction and analysis from the Cross CulturalPerspective. The last part is the conclusion part. The paperwill further develop the C-E translation ofScenic Spots Introduction to Kaiping Diaolou and Villages.
