摘 要

体操是我国体育教育的一个重要组成部分,我国学校体育自有体育课程以来,体操教学就一直是体育课的重要内容之一。因为体操练习对处于成长高峰的青少年来说,是一项非常好的锻炼项目,它对改善学生身体的基本形态,培养正确的身体姿势及审美意识,提高力量、灵敏、协调、柔韧等身体素质和控制自身的平衡能力,增强在各种环境下的自我保护能力,培养勇敢顽强、吃苦耐劳等优良品质具有特殊的价值。本文运用问卷调查法、文献资料法和数据统计法，对淮安市淮阴区中学的体操教学现状以及影响中学体操教学开展的一系列因素进行了调查研究，并针对存在的问题提出建议。

Abstract：Gymnastics is an important part of China"s physical education, school physical education curriculum in China since its sports, gymnastics teaching is always one of theimportant part of physical education. Because gymnastics on the growth peak in young people, is a very good exercise, it is the basic form of improving students" body, cultivating the correct bodyposture and aestheticconsciousness, enhancethestrength, agility,coordination, flexibility, bodyqualityand control theirownbalance ability, strengthen theself-protectionability invariousenvironments the cultivation of brave, hard-working, good quality with special value. In this paper,using the method of questionnaire investigation,documentary data method and statistics method, a series of factors of Huaian city Huaiyin District secondary schoolgymnastics teaching present situation and influence of Gymnastics Teaching in middle schools were investigated,and puts forward some suggestions to solve the existing problems.
