南京沃得有限公司成品车间1厂房设计(方案二)毕业论文

摘 要

本工程为实际应用课题,是南京沃得有限公司为扩大生产而建设。本毕业设计是南京沃得有限公司成品车间厂房设计(方案二),为两跨双坡单脊单层轻型门式刚架钢结构。平面建筑尺寸为,跨度分别为每跨,刚架间距,跨内各设置其重量为的级电动单梁吊车台。建筑结构的安全等级为二级,拟建场地位于设防烈度级区,设计地震分组为第一组。按“建筑抗震设防分类标准”,本工程为丙类建筑。

本毕业设计完成了四大部分设计内容。第一部分,完成了建筑总平面设计、建筑平面设计、建筑立面设计、剖面设计和详图设计,此部分采用软件进行设计及出图;第二部分,完成了结构布置、门式刚架结构和节点设计,其中包括吊车梁、檩条、墙梁、屋面板、墙面板、基础等设计,此部分采用了软件进行计算和设计;第三部分,完成了个人对结构和构件进行内力组合、构件截面计算、节点计算,再根据电算文件进行验算对比;第四部分,完成了工程量清单的编制以及不同方案的比较。

Abstract

This project is a practical application subject, which is built by nanjing wode co., LTD for expanding production. This graduation project is the design of workshop 1 of nanjing wode co., LTD. (plan 2), which is a light portal steel structure with two spans, double slope and single ridge. The plane building size is 42m×72m, the span is 21m per span, the span of rigid frame is 7.2m, each of which is equipped with an A4 class electric single-beam crane with weight of 5t. The safety level of the building structure is level 2, the proposed site is located in the zone of intensity 7, and the designed earthquake group is group 1. According to the "classification standard of building seismic fortification", this project is a class c building.

This graduation project has completed four major parts of the design content. In the first part, the general plane design, building plane design, building elevation design, section design and detail design of the building are completed. CAD software is used for design and drawing. The second part, completed the structural layout, portal frame structure and node design, including crane beam, purlin, wall beam, roof plate, wall panel, foundation design, this part uses PKPM software for calculation and design; In the third part, I completed the internal force combination, component section calculation and node calculation of the structure and components. The fourth part, completed the preparation of the bill of quantities and the comparison of different schemes.
