高速公路扩建工程旧路评价与路面拼接技术研究

摘 要

随着我国经济的发展,高速公路的需求量也在快速的增长。这不仅仅体现在高速公路的里程上,也体现在对高速公路的质量要求上。在过去的20多年里,我国修建了超过4万公里的高速公路,而开始修建的大部分高速公路是按照4车道设计的,如今很多高速公路已不能满足交通量的需求。

为适应区域经济发展,未来几年对原有道路进行改扩建是必要的。本文在借鉴国内外已有高速公路扩建方式研究成果的基础上,对高速公路已建道路的探伤及评价进行分析研究,并将详细介绍无损探伤的相关技术与作用;同时对拼接路面进行有限元分析,研究面层与基础新旧路面接缝的处置技术,着重强调路面拼接技术的重要性,对与路面拼接相关的技术进行探讨研究,为以后高速公路的扩建提供参考与经验。

Abstract

With the development of our country"s economy, the demand of the highway is in rapid growth. This not only embodies in the highway mileage, also reflect on the requirements about the quality of the highway. In the past 20 years, our country has built more than 40000 kilometers of the highway, and started to build most of the highway is designed according to four lanes, now a lot of highway cannot meet the needs of traffic flow.
In order to adapt to regional economic development, the next few years for reconstruction of old road is necessary. Based on the existing highway expansion mode at home and abroad for reference, on the basis of research achievements, the highway has been built road detection and evaluation analysis, and detailed introduced the related technologies and functions of nondestructive flaw detection; Finite element analysis was carried out on the Mosaic pavement at the same time, the surface and base of new and old pavement joint disposal technology, emphasis on the importance of pavement splicing technology, discusses related to pavement splicing technology research, experience and provide reference for future highway expansion.
