弘扬小区项目物业管理方案研究

摘 要
21世纪的今天，房地产物业管理行业踏上了发展的高速公路，物业管理作为房地产项目的重要组成部分之一，对房地产项目最终能否达到业主较高的满意度起着举足轻重的作用，同时物业管理方案设计的最终成果可以十分直观的反映一个房地产项目最终的成败。本方案设计市针对江苏省南京市栖霞区尧化街道仙新路弘扬小区进行物业管理方案设计，参考大量的物业管理相关文献，辅以市场调研的方法。以下为本次毕业设计的主要内容：了解弘扬小区房地产项目的基本情况，制定弘扬小区物业管理的标准和规章制度，对物业管理组织进行人员配备和组织构建，测算弘扬小区物业管理费用，最终从业主的角度出发考虑对物业管理服务的需求分析。

Abstract
Today in the 21st century, the real estate property management industry has set foot on the highway of development. As one of the important components of real estate projects, property management plays a decisive role in whether the real estate project can ultimately achieve higher satisfaction with owners. At the same time, property management. The final result of the management plan design can very intuitively reflect the ultimate success or failure of a real estate project. This project design city designs the property management plan for Hongyang Community, Xianxin Road, Yaohua Street, Qixia District, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province, with reference to a large number of related literature on property management, supplemented by market research methods. The following is the main content of this graduation project: understand the basic situation of the promotion of community real estate projects, formulate standards and rules and regulations for the promotion of community property management, staff and organize the construction of the property management organization, and calculate the cost of the promotion of community property management. From the perspective of the owner, consider the demand analysis for property management services.
