摘 要

本工程位于江苏省宿迁市,是一座4层的行政办公楼。该楼主要用于行政办公。该楼总长40m(轴线)、宽16m,主体高14.4m。该楼层高均为3.6m。

鉴于结构安全、经济合理等多方面的因素,本楼采用框架结构。每层墙厚度为240mm。每层各楼层板厚均为120mm。框架柱截面尺寸: 框架柱为600mm×600mm,纵向梁为350mm×500mm,横向框架梁为350mm×600mm。混凝土等级均为C30。

本工程地震设防烈度为8度,设计基本地震加速度为0.30g。场地土类别为二类,采用柱下独立基础。为了提高整体抗震性能,本工程所有的梁板柱均为现浇。

Abstract

The project is located in Suqian City, Jiangsu Province, is a 4-storey administrative building. The building is mainly used for administrative offices. The building length of 40m (axis), width 16m, the main high-14.4m. Storey building is both 3.6m.

Given the structural safety of a number of factors, such as economic rationality, the floor using the frame structure. Each wall thickness of 240mm. Thickness of each layer of each floor are 120mm. Frame column sectional dimensions: frame column is 600mm × 600mm, longitudinal beams of 350mm × 500mm, transverse frame beams of 350mm × 600mm. Concrete grade are C30.

The engineering seismic fortification intensity is 8 degrees, the basic design earthquake acceleration of 0.30g. Site soil category II, using an independent foundation under column. In order to improve the overall seismic performance, all the works are cast slab column.
