摘 要

Abstract

Calculation was conducted for wuxi district government office building concrete from the design to check to generate, through a set of rigorous calculation scheme, considering all kinds of load wind load, seismic action, geological conditions, the local climate change effects, from the plate, beam, column, foundation, the overall framework and some of the detail structure aspect has carried on the design and calculation of full load.

First of all, the selection of the structure was carried out to have a preliminary judgment and cognition of the general shape of the structure, and then the overall design was started. Through the design checking calculation and hypothesis step by step, the overall cognition of the internal force distribution of the entire structure and the impact of various loads on the building was achieved.

Then I have a general understanding of the internal structure of the building and the material selection process of reinforcement, and have a preparation in advance for the construction work to be engaged in.

Finally, through the design of detailed structure, the key parts of the whole building are deeply understood to achieve the ability to master professional skills.

By repeatedly checking the overall design and calculation process, the previous knowledge to a big integration, learning and then applied.

And with a complete manual calculation steps, you can also provide a comparison of the results of the computer, do not believe the results of the computer, the two mutual evidence, experience the difference and precision of the computer and hand.

二、建筑结构设计

结构选型及布置

,根据地质条件,拟采用独立基础。

考虑到强柱弱梁等因素,拟选如下的构件材料:

(2)构件尺寸确定

1)梁

初选梁截面尺寸为:

横向框架长跨梁: bXh = 300mmX 700mm

横向框架短跨梁(2400mm): bXh = 300mmX 500mm

纵向框架梁: bXh= 300mmX500mm

次梁: bXh= 300mm X 500mm

2)柱

轴压比限值条件:

=1.25*1*1.05*N

=7*120.3*14

解出: 取=600mm

楼板分为双向板和单向板,拟定板厚取为100mm。

计算简图

针对本政府办公楼的建施图纸,选择第④轴横向框架作为手算对象。计算简图如下图1所示

设计资料:

混凝土: C30 (= 14.3N/, =1. 43N/)

钢筋: HRB400 ( = 360N/);

板厚: 100mm。

以三层3~6轴之间楼板设计为例,其区格划分如上图所示。由图可知3~6轴之间所有板全部为双向板。

1、荷载计算

恒载:

25mm水泥砂浆和30mm大理石砖地面 1.3kN/

100mm厚混凝土楼板 0.1X 25=2.5kN/

石灰砂浆顶棚 0.6kN/

小计 4.4KN/

活载:

由荷载计算部分知道,普通办公室、标准办公室活载值均取2. 0kN/,走廊部分取2. 5kN/。

办公室部分荷载设计值:

永久荷载控制的组合:

= 1.35X3. 90 0.7X1.4X2.0 = 7. 23kN/

可变荷载控制的组合:

= 1.2X4.4 1.4X2.0 = 8. 08kN/

由此确定其设计用荷载取: q= 8.08kN/

走廊部分荷载设计值永久荷载控制的组合:

= 1. 35X4.4 0.7X1.4X2.5 = 8. 39kN/

可变荷载控制的组合:

= 1.2X4.4 1.4X2.5 = 8. 78kN/

由此确定设计用荷载取: q=8. 78kN/

双向板

1.内力计算

双向板B3-7进行设计,采用塑性铰线法设计板,由于板两端与梁(柱)整体连接,因此计算跨度取其净跨:

长跨: =7000 600- 300X 2= 7000mm;

短跨: =3500- 300= 3200mm。

/=2.2<3,按双向板设计。

板B3-7为三边连续一短边简支.

由以上可知

其中:n=/=7000/3200=2.2.α=m2/m1=1/=0.21

=2

根据虚功方程,内力做功等于外力做功,得到:

解得=2.80

由此可依次得到
