常熟云禧花苑住宅楼设计毕业论文

摘 要

本设计题为“常熟云禧花苑住宅楼设计”。设计共六层,三个单元,A户型为三室两厅,二卫一厨一储藏间,B户型为两室两厅,一卫一厨一储藏间,C户型为三室两厅,一卫一厨一卫生间。总建筑面积约为5694m²。各层建筑层高为3.6m,总建筑标高为23.4m。结构形式采用现浇钢筋混凝土全框架结构,体型简洁,有利于抗震。抗震设防烈度为6度,场地土类别为Ⅱ类,耐火等级为二级。

设计内容包括建筑设计,结构设计,施工图绘制以及外文参考文献翻译等四个主要部分。结构计算部分选取一榀框架进行手算,包括荷载、内力和配筋计算。对整个结构则采用PKPM软件进行配筋计算。本设计贯彻“实用、安全、经济、美观”的设计原则。按照建筑设计规范认真考虑影响设计的各项因素。根据结构与建筑的总体与细部的关系。在确定框架布局之后先进行了层间荷载代表值的计算,接着利用顶点位移法求出自振周期而按底部剪力法计算水平地震荷载作用下大小,进而求出在水平荷载作用下的结构内力(弯矩、剪力、轴力)。接着计算竖向荷载(恒载及活荷载)作用下的结构内力。找出最不利的一组或几组内力组合。 选取最不利组合计算配筋并绘图。 整个结构在设计过程中,严格遵循相关的专业规范的要求,参考相关资料和有关最新的国家标准规范,对设计的各个环节进行综合全面的科学性考虑。设计合理可行的建筑结构方案是现场施工的重要依据。

Abstract

This design is entitled "Changshu Yun Xi Garden residential building design". There are six stories and three units. Unit A has three rooms and two halls, two bathrooms, one kitchen and one storage room. Unit B has two rooms and two halls, one bathroom and one kitchen and one storage room. Unit C has three rooms and two halls, one bathroom, one kitchen and one bathroom.The total building area is about 5694m².The total building height is 23.4m. The structural form adopts cast-in-place reinforced concrete full-frame structure, and the shape is concise, which is conducive to earthquake resistance.The seismic fortification intensity is 6 degrees, the site soil type is class II, and the fire resistance rating is two.

The design includes four main parts: architectural design, structural design, construction drawing and translation of foreign references, including the calculation of load, internal force and reinforcement. The PKPM software is used to carry out reinforcement calculation for the whole structure. This design carries out the design principles of "practical, safe, economical and beautiful". According to the architectural design code, the factors that affect the design are carefully considered. According to the relationship between the structure and the overall and detail of the building, after calculating the layout of the frame, the representative values of the inter-layer load are calculated first.Then, we use the vertex displacement method to find out the self earthquake period and calculate the magnitude of the horizontal seismic load according to the bottom shear method, and then find out the structural internal force (bending moment, shear force and axial force) under horizontal load. Then we calculate the internal force of structure under the action of vertical load (dead load and live load).In the design process, the whole structure strictly follows the requirements of relevant professional standards. Referring to the relevant information and the latest national standards and regulations, all aspects of the design are comprehensively and scientifically considered. The design of a reasonable and feasible building structure scheme is an important basis for site construction.
