摘 要

本毕业设计由招标文件和招标控制价两部分构成。招标文件以 2010 版房屋建筑和市政工程标准施工招标文件为范本，并根据设计图纸以及国家相关规定、业主要求进行编制；

招标控制价的编制则是依据已编制的施工招标文件、国家及省级建设主管部门颁发的计价定额和计价办法及工程所在地相关规定，是对招标工程投标的最高限价。其中招标文件主要包括招标公告、投标人须知、评标办法、合同条款及格式、图纸、工程量清单、技术标准和要求及投标文件格式等；招标控制价主要包括分部分项工程费用、措施项目费用、规费、税金等。

Abstract

This graduation project is composed of two parts, bidding document and bidding control price. The bidding document takes the bidding document of 2010 edition of housing construction and municipal engineering standard construction as the model, and is prepared according to the design drawing and the owner's requirements stipulated by the state;

Formulation of tender control price is based on has been compiled by the construction bidding documents issued by the national and provincial construction department in charge of valuation and valuation method and the project location rules, is the highest price of bidding project bidding in the bidding documents including tender announcement bidders information evaluation way of bill of quantities contract terms and format drawing technical standards and requirements and the bid file format, etc.; The bidding control price mainly includes the cost measures of partial and itemized project cost, fees and taxes, etc.
