南京大吉集团门刚钢材库设计毕业论文

摘 要

本工程位于南京市浦口区桥林镇浦口经济技术开发区。钢材库为防火类别丁戊类库房,主要堆放钢板和型钢。结构类型为双跨单层钢结构门式刚架体系。结构设计基本条件为:长度67.5米,总宽度42米,横向2×18米双跨,每侧沿长边通长设置3米悬挑钢雨篷。门式刚架檐口高度10.1米,室内外高差0.2米,每跨设置2台Gn=10T,Lk=16.5m电动单梁吊车。本工程按7度,设计人个人个润体乳地震分让他个人组,建筑让他给他二哥类,特征周期值为0.45s。

结构设计部分完成了结构布置、门式刚架结构构件和节点设计以及吊车梁、檩条、墙梁、屋面板、墙面板和基础等设计。各种荷载作用下的刚架结构的内力采用PKPM计算,采用手算进行内力组合和构件截面及节点计算。吊车梁采用波纹腹板钢梁,基础采用桩基础。完成了基础平面图、吊车梁及柱间支撑平面图、屋面支撑平面图、檩条布置图、墙梁布置图等图纸的绘制,进行了主要工程量清单的编制并与方案二进行了对比。

My Abstract

ghdhttj located in Pukou Economic and Technological Development Zone, Qiaolin Town, Pukou District, Nanjing. The steel warehouse is a fire-proof class D-E warehouse, mainly stacking steel plates and section steel. The structure type is double span single-layer steel structure portal frame system. The basic conditions of structural design are: length 67.5m, total width 42m, transverse 2 × 18m double span, each side is set with 3M cantilever steel awning along the length of the long side. The height of the portal rigid frame cornice is 10.1m, and the indoor and outdoor height difference is 0.2m. Each span is equipped with 2 sets of GN = 10t, LK = 16.5m electric single beam cranes. The project is fortified by 7 degrees, the design seismic acceleration value is 0.10g, the design seismic group is the first group, the construction site category is class III, and the characteristic period value is 0.45s. In the structural design part, the structural arrangement, structural members and joints of portal frame, crane beam, purlin, wall beam, roof panel, wall panel and foundation are designed. PKPM is used to calculate the internal force of the rigid frame structure under various loads, and manual calculation is used to calculate the internal force combination, member section and node. The crane beam adopts corrugated web steel beam, and the foundation adopts pile foundation. Completed the drawing of foundation plan, crane beam and column support plan, roof support plan, purlin layout, wall beam layout and other drawings, prepared the main bill of quantities and compared with scheme II.
