摘 要

Abstract

This project is designed for the tourist reception center of Building 1 # of Laya Bay Holiday Center, with a construction area of ​​about 1400m2. The reception center has 4 floors and 3 spans. The length and width of the building are about 30m × 17m. The total height of the building is 16m. The cast-in-situ frame structure is adopted.

The architectural design part is to determine the shape of the building and the layout of the indoor space, the specific dimensions and the style of the plane and facade.

The structural design part is the determination of the structural layout plan, and then the design is divided into two parts: split calculation and computer calculation.

Hand calculation part:

1. Determination of calculation diagram; 2. Load calculation; 3. Internal force analysis; 4. Internal force combination; 5. Reinforcement of beam and column section; 6. Design of slab; 7. Design of staircase; 8. Design of foundation. The internal force calculation should consider four kinds of load effects, including constant load, live load, wind load and earthquake; columns and slabs are designed with elastic theory; beams are designed with plastic theory; plate staircase is used for staircase design; single base under column is used Basic design. The design principles of strong shear and weak bending, strong columns and weak beams, and strong joints and weak members should be followed in the design of cross-section seismic design, and meet the structural requirements.

Computer part:

Modeling with PKPM, calculating the entire structure, taking out a frame of manual calculation for internal force calculation, and comparing with the content of manual calculation.

工程概况

本课题名称为“喇亚湾度假中心1#楼游客接待中心”,建筑功能为满足度假中心的接待需要以及办公需要,建筑层数为四层,结构形式为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构。“抗震设防烈度为7度(基本地震加速度为0.1g),设计地震分组为第一组,按“建筑抗震设防分类标准”,本工程为丙类建筑。

根据建筑设计方案,本工程结构采用全现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构。

拟建场地地表平整,场地标高变化范围在6.7~7.25m,各土层特征分述如下:
