摘要

本工程为实际应用课题，工程位于贵州镇贵定县德新镇北部喇亚湾，是贵州省贵定喇亚湾旅游康养中心项目;本项目位于贵州省黔南布依族苗族自治州贵定县。建筑物为8栋地面2~3层旅游休闲养生建筑。总用地面积14135.66㎡，建筑面积约7514.19㎡。本设计工程为项目中的2#康养宾馆楼。

该康养宾馆楼的设计一共包括三个部分：

第一个部分为建筑设计部分，首先根据建筑的使用以及总平图，然后结合使用的材料、做法进一步确定具体尺寸、立面风格等。同时完成建筑图的绘制，其中包括各层建筑平面图，立面图和剖面图，以及节点大样图等细部构造的设计

第二个部分为结构设计部分，要求取一榀框架通过计算各个楼层在竖向荷载作用下的结构内力，并且在地震以及风荷载作用等水平方向荷载作用下的进行内力组合，得出该框架荷载作用下的最不利内力组合以及不利截面，然后在这个部分我们要进行手算和电算两个部分的设计。

手算部分：

在这一部分我们需要选取具有代表性的一榀框架，确定该框架的计算简图，然后进行荷载计算、内力组合等一系列计算；得出梁、柱截面的配筋以及板的配筋，还有楼梯以及基础的配筋计算，除此之外，还应该编写结构设计总说明。

电算部分：

由结构计算的结果，按平面整体表示方法绘制施工图，其中包括梁柱板配筋图，一榀框架立体配筋图，以及楼梯结构平面布置配筋图和其他节点大样图。

第三个部分为施工组织设计，在本部分我们需要完成整个工程的施工组织设计，其中包括前期准备，施工方案，保证措施等等。

Abstract

This project is a practical application project. It is located in raayan bay, north of dexin town, guiding county, guizhou town. It is a project of raayan bay tourism and health care center in guiding county, guizhou province.This project is located in guiding county, guizhou province, south guizhou province, buyi and miao autonomous prefecture.The building consists of 8 buildings with 2 to 3 floors above ground for tourism, leisure and health maintenance.The total land area is 14135.66㎡, and the construction area is about 7514.19㎡.This design project is 2# kangyang hotel building in the project.

The design of the kangyang hotel consists of three parts:

The first part is the architectural design part. First, the concrete size and facade style are further determined based on the use of the building and the general plan, and then the materials and methods used.At the same time, I completed the drawing of architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations and sections, as well as the design of detailed structures such as nodal drawings

The second part is the part structure design, the requirement in a cross through calculating the floor structure internal force under the vertical load, and the earthquake and wind load under horizontal load internal force combination, it is concluded that the framework loads the worst combination of internal force and negative cross section, and then in this section we must carry on the hand count and computer design of two parts.
