摘 要

本毕业设计题目“南京某高校试验楼设计”为有实际需要的工程应用课题。本试验楼工程位于江苏省南京市。本工程的实际建筑层数为 5 层,建筑的平面尺寸长宽约 49m×17m,结构形式为框架结构。该建筑物的结构安全级别为二级,抗震设防烈度为7度(基本地震加速度为 0.15g),建筑场地类别为Ⅱ类,设计地震分组为第二组。

本工程可按三部分进行设计:

Design of a test building in a university in Nanjing

Abstract

The title of this graduation project "Design of a test building in a university in Nanjing" is a practical application subject. The test building project is located in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. The actual building layer of this project is 5 layers, the plane size of the building is about 49m × 17m, and the structure is frame structure. The structural safety level of the building is Level 2, the seismic fortification intensity is 7 degrees (the basic earthquake acceleration is 0.15g), the construction site category is Category II, and the design earthquake is grouped into the second group.

This project can be designed according to three parts:

The first part is the architectural part, which generally includes: the overall plane design of the building, the plane, elevation and section design of the building. The purpose of the architectural design is mainly to solve the problems of the facade design and plane layout of the building.

The second part is the structural design. By calculating the internal force of the structure under the vertical load of each floor and combining it with the horizontal force, the internal force is combined to obtain the most unfavorable internal force of the structural members. Rib design; the final structure is designed with independent foundation to make the structure meet the functional requirements.

The third part is the construction design. The construction organization design is a technical and economic document, which can provide comprehensive planning, implementation and organization for the design of the proposed project, and serve as the basis for design preparation and guidance. It plays an important role in the planning, organization and guidance of each project.

1.1结构选型

本试验楼选择混凝土框架结构。

2、工程地质资料

(1)经调查表明,根据地层的沉积和物理力学性质,可分为上下三层。

①层:素填土,灰褐色,粉质粘土为主要成分。该层土场地通常分布,约0.4m厚。

②层:中密卵石。该层土场地通常分布,约5.2m厚。

③层:密卵石,该土壤层未被穿透。

  1. 基础类型和持力层:本项目采用柱下独立基础;基础持力层在第三层致密卵石中,基础地基承载力特征值
  2. 该项目的地下水深度约为8米,对于钢筋混凝土结构,地下水没有侵蚀性。

(4)建筑场地类别为Ⅱ类(特征周期0.45s)。

水泥楼面:10mm厚的1:2水泥砂浆表面层压实抛光,现浇钢筋混凝土楼板,15mm厚的1:3水泥砂浆找平层,10mm厚纸纸筋石灰粉平顶。

(5)围护墙:

内外墙选取240mm厚混凝土空心砖,采用M5混合砂浆砌筑,双面粉刷。女儿墙高度为 1.3m,采用黏土实心砖砌筑。
