钱隆城18号楼高层建筑给排水设计毕业论文

摘 要

钱隆城18号楼位于江苏南京,建筑高度93.4m,共31层。设计内容包括建筑给水系统、建筑排水系统、建筑雨水系统、建筑消防系统四个部分,要求最终主要成果有图纸目录、设计施工总说明、平面施工图、卫生间大样图、泵房大样、系统图、图例、设备材料表、设计计算书等。

生活给水系统分为三个区:一到二层为低区,采取市政水压直供,市政水压0.2

Mpa;三到十七层为中区,十八到三十一层为高区,采取无负压水泵加压供水。住宅部分每户设置单独的水表,水表设置在改成水井内。

生活排水系统:一层采取“底层单排”原则,单独排至室外污水检查井;二至三十一层采用降板式同层排水,排水立管采用双立管排水,设置专用通气管,排水立管管做伸顶通气,隔层设置检查口。雨水系统:采用2014版南京市暴雨强度公式,采用87式雨水斗,屋面收集雨水后经雨水排水立管排至地面雨水口,间接排水。

根据《建筑设计防火规范》GB 50016-2014的规定,本建筑为一类高层住宅建筑,室内消火栓用水量为20L/s;自喷危险等级为中危一级,用水量为21L/s。屋顶消防水箱为10min的消火栓及自喷用水量,水箱容积为25m³。消防水池贮存2h的消火栓用水量及1h的自喷用水量,设计容积为220m³。消火栓采用SN65型室内单栓消火栓, QZ19型直流水枪,DN65长25 m的衬胶水带。自喷系统采用湿式系统,喷头动作温度为68℃。
